RAW DATA: Joseph Stack Suicide Manifesto

Thursday, February 18, 2010
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,586627,00.html

Federal authorities are investigating the following Web posting linked to Joseph Stack, the pilot of the single-engine plane that crashed into an Austin, Texas, office building that housed IRS offices.

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say.

Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice? You’ve got to be kidding!

How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly “holds accountable” its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law “requires” a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not “duress” than what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early ‘80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing (except that we weren’t steeling from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God). We took a great deal of care to make it all visible, following all of the rules, exactly the way the law said it was to be done.

The intent of this exercise and our efforts was to bring about a much-needed re-evaluation of the laws that allow the monsters of organized religion to make such a mockery of people who earn an honest living. However, this is where I learned that there are two “interpretations” for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us… Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their “freedom”… and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of “paying my dues”), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer.

On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I’m sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father. I realized this at a very young age.

The significance of independence, however, came much later during my early years of college; at the age of 18 or 19 when I was living on my own as student in an apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. My neighbor was an elderly retired woman (80+ seemed ancient to me at that age) who was the widowed wife of a retired steel worker. Her husband had worked all his life in the steel mills of central Pennsylvania with promises from big business and the union that, for his 30 years of service, he would have a pension and medical care to look forward to in his retirement. Instead he was one of the thousands who got nothing because the incompetent mill management and corrupt union (not to mention the government) raided their pension funds and stole their retirement. All she had was social security to live on.

In retrospect, the situation was laughable because here I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time. When I got to know this poor figure and heard her story I felt worse for her plight than for my own (I, after all, I thought I had everything to in front of me). I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be “healthier” eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn’t quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn’t trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early ‘80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a ‘wet-behind-the-ears’ contract software engineer… and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

For you who are unfamiliar, here is the core text of the IRS Section 1706, defining the treatment of workers (such as contract engineers) for tax purposes. Visit this link for a conference committee report (http://www.synergistech.com/1706.shtml# ... tteeReport) regarding the intended interpretation of Section 1706 and the relevant parts of Section 530, as amended. For information on how these laws affect technical services workers and their clients, read our discussion here (http://www.synergistech.com/ic-taxlaw.shtml).

SEC. 1706. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL PERSONNEL.

(a) IN GENERAL - Section 530 of the Revenue Act of 1978 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

(d) EXCEPTION. - This section shall not apply in the case of an individual who pursuant to an arrangement between the taxpayer and another person, provides services for such other person as an engineer, designer, drafter, computer programmer, systems analyst, or other similarly skilled worker engaged in a similar line of work.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE. - The amendment made by this section shall apply to remuneration paid and services rendered after December 31, 1986.

Note:

· “another person” is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

· “taxpayer” is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

· “individual”, “employee”, or “worker” is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it’s not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can’t believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change’, and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their “freedom”. Oh, and don’t forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn’t bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren’t going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.

Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.

Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn’t need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a shit about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to “shore up” their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special’ facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I’d never enter another accountant’s office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.

When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to Bill Ross, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl’s unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn’t have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.

This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around.

I remember reading about the stock market crash before the “great” depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn’t it ironic how far we’ve come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn’t have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it’s “business-as-usual”. Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn’t that a clever, tidy solution.

As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.

I know I’m hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn’t limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at “big brother” while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough.

I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn’t so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of shit at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

I Wish Joe Stack Had Not Killed Himself! By Chuck Baldwin
February 19, 2010

This column is archived at
http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2010/c ... 00219.html

All of us are now aware of the Texas man who yesterday flew his private
plane into a 7-story Austin office building. Apparently, he intentionally
crashed his plane into the building to target the IRS offices that were
housed inside the facility.

As I am writing this column just hours after the event took place, there has
not yet been a lot of time for the major news media talking heads to spin
the story. By the time this column is released on Friday, however, I'm sure
we will all have been inundated with copious references to this man, Joe
Stack, as being "off his rocker," or similar assertions. Perhaps our friends
at DHS will label Stack a "right-wing domestic terrorist." However, Mr.
Stack apparently left behind a "suicide manifesto" explaining his actions.
After carefully reading Stack's manifesto, I am quite convinced that he was
not crazy, and he was not a "terrorist." However, he was angry.

A lot of us are angry--and for many of the same reasons that Mr. Stack was
angry! While I would certainly take exception to some of the things Stack
says in his manifesto, he said things that many of us are feeling.

Stack began his manifesto by saying, "If you're reading this, you're no
doubt asking yourself, 'Why did this have to happen?' The simple truth is
that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time."

He goes on to say, "Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have
been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service,
our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to
believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to
lay our lives down for the noble [principles] represented by its founding
fathers. Remember? One of these was 'no taxation without representation' . . .
These days anyone who really stands up for that [principle] is promptly
labeled a 'crackpot,' traitor and worse."

For the most part, he's right about that, of course. It has been a long time
since the average hardworking American has been represented in Washington,
D.C. By and large, the politicians in DC represent only Big Money interests.
Just try talking with your congressman or senator and see how much personal
interest he or she takes in anything you have to say. As for emails,
letters, and faxes, unless they number in the tens of thousands, they are
mostly used as kindling for the fireplace.

Obviously, Mr. Stack had long felt the frustration of being ignored by these
pimps in Washington that we know as congressmen. He wrote, "While very few
working people would say they haven't had their fair share of taxes (as can
I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has
never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my
interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested
in me or anything I have to say."

I suppose that just about every American could say the same thing.

Then, regarding our current tax system, Stack wrote, "Here we have a [tax]
system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master
scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly 'holds accountable' its victims,
claiming that they're responsible for fully complying with laws not even the
experts understand. The law 'requires' a signature on the bottom of a tax
filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are
signing; if that's not 'duress' [then] what is. If this is not the measure
of a totalitarian regime, nothing is."

He also wrote, "However, this is where I learned that there are two
'interpretations' for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest
of us."

However, I think a better way of putting his statement would have been,
"There are two interpretations for every law; one for the GOVERNMENT, and
one for the rest of us." And only the most naïve among us would not
understand that statement.

According to Stack's manifesto, he earned an engineering degree with the
goal of becoming an "independent engineer." He said this about working his
way through college: "I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz
crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time."

I know that feeling! My wife and I married between my sophomore and junior
years of college, and for months we had a grand total of $15 a week to spend
on groceries. And believe me: that did not go very far--not even in 1974.
How many politicians on Capitol Hill do you think could even remotely relate
to Mr. Stack?

Stack later said, "I decided that I didn't trust big business to take care
of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself."

Wow! What a revolutionary idea: taking responsibility for yourself! Now I
know that practically no one on Capitol Hill can relate to Mr. Stack!

After quoting a portion of the tax law relating to Section 1706 (Treatment
of Certain Technical Personnel), Stack wrote, "The bottom line is that they
may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover,
they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and
directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave."

His manifesto clearly reveals bitterness and resentment toward the IRS, the
tax system, the banker and Big Business government bailouts, and the
emergence of police-state attitudes and actions in the aftermath of 9/11. He
expressed disdain for "the monsters of organized religion." He talked about
his move from California to Texas. He referred to a divorce and the way his
savings and retirement had been wiped out after a career of working
"100-hour workweeks."

Stack also noted, "The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in
their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism
rings equally true for all of the government." I can say "Amen" to that.

Stack's conclusion: "I have had all I can stand."

In what was obviously a reference to what he was about to do, he wrote,
"Nothing changes unless there is a body count."

Then, later he said, "But I also know that by not adding my body to the
count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my
shoulder at 'big brother' while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore
what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as
usual won't continue; I have just had enough."

Stack wrapped up his manifesto by saying, "Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man,
let's try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well."

See Joe Stack's manifesto at:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,586627,00.html

My heart goes out to Joe Stack! The sentiments expressed above are shared by
millions of Americans who are also fed up with Big Brother. We are fed up
with our country being turned into a burgeoning police state, under the
rubric of "national security." We are fed up with the harassments of the
IRS. We know the "war on drugs" is merely the government's way of cutting
out the competition (this is exactly what more than one retired federal law
enforcement agent--employed in the drug war--told me). We know the "war on
terror" is nothing but an excuse to trample our constitutional liberties. We
are fed up with the voracious vampires known as the Federal Reserve sucking
the lifeblood out of the veins of America's hardworking Middle Class. We are
tired of the CFR, CIA, and America's State Department manufacturing
perpetual wars that cost trillions of dollars and thousands of American
lives for the benefit of the global elite. We are fed up with an arrogant
and oppressive federal government that is strangling the life and freedom
out of our states. We all share Joe Stack's pain!

I really wish Joe Stack had not killed himself, however. We need each other.
By taking his life, he reduced our strength. The global elites delight in
our demise. As we grow weaker, they grow stronger.

But the fight is not over; the battle is not lost! Rumblings of freedom's
revival can be felt across the length and breadth of this nation. The
clanging of liberty's resolve can be heard in hamlets and villages from
Montana to South Carolina. There are still millions of us--from virtually
every walk of life--who will not surrender our liberties without a fight!
And we have not yet begun to fight!

So, to the rest of us Joe Stacks out there: let's not fly our planes into
buildings. Let's not end our lives prematurely. Instead, get mad; get
organized; get educated; start equipping your heart, mind, and body for the
battle ahead. Let's fight; let's study; let's prepare; let's make every
would-be tyrant on Capitol Hill and Wall Street know that we are not going
to sit back and let them steal our country. Let's send a message, in no
uncertain terms, that if they want our pound of flesh, they are going to
have to come and get it--and if they do, it's going to cost them a whole lot
more than a pound of theirs!

Oh, Joe! I wish you had not killed yourself.

Joe - Had 9/11, NSA, and Homeland Security Related Defense

From another site:
http://ofgoatsandmen.blogspot.com/2010/ ... a-and.html

Saturday, February 20, 2010
Joseph Andrew Stack Had 9/11, NSA, and Homeland Security Related Defense Contractor Clients
The client list from the software programmer believed to have crashed his plane into the Echelon* building in Austin Texas reads like a guidebook to defense contractors with connections to 9/11, NSA and Homeland Security.

The FBI had his webpage removed (the screen message previously said that the FBI had it removed) from the internet, but of course the client list from the webpage has been archived. As first discovered by Cryptogon, the client list has corporations on it such as Interstate Electronics Corporation, which needed Mr. Stack's help on developing a GPS-based Fight Management System of all things. IEC is a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 which is a defence contractor with obvious Homeland Security and NSA connections. There is also this report from Wayne Madsen on Oped News of an L-3 consultant to the NSA who had watched a live feed of the first 9/11 plane impact as it happened. L-3 is included among corporations which were investigated by the SEC for unusual stock put-options in relation to 9/11.
Cylink Corporation, another on Mr. Stack's client list had as it's Chief Executive Officer, William P. Crowell who "came to Cylink from the National Security Agency, where he held a series of senior positions, including Deputy Director of Operations and the Deputy Director of the Agency. From 1989 to 1990, Crowell served as a vice president at Atlantic Aerospace Electronics Corporation, now a subsidiary of Titan Systems, leading business development in space technology, signal processing and intelligence systems."
Hughes Aircraft, one of Stack's clients, developed the ground mission control segment of the Global Hawk. Another Stack client, Teledyne, is the prime contractor for the Global Hawk, and L3 supplied its communications system.
Other clients on the list such as DMC Stratex Networks and Sorrento Electronics also are defense contractors and probably a closer examination of these and other corporations on Stack's client list will reveal more interesting details.

*Note: the name echelon itself refers to a "signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis network" coordinated by the NSA.

So the nest question, after "Did Joe Stack really torch his house and fly into the IRS building within half an hour?" is: was Joe Stack even in that plane?

Good work, keep on digging! With enough people working on this and other things like this, we can cut through the bullshit and get to the bottom of things.

If Stack were as smart as friends have made him out to be, he might have put two and two together and gleamed a bit of reality that we the masses shouldn't look upon.

If this blog post is true.

P.S.:
That's not a goat in your lead photo, it's a 1 1/2 year old Desert Bighorn sheep.

so where is Joe Stack? Witness protection or dead? The other questions is why? Figure out the "why" part, and most of the puzzle is solved.

If it smells fishy thats because there is fish. What is interesting is the fact only one person other than Komiksy Joe died as a result. For such a small dept to the Government/IRS all of this does not add up.

No doubt it was an inside job, to one degree or another. For somebody so obsessed with a "body count", he sure didn't rack up much of one. That should be your first clue, right there.

The guy supposedly has all this inside information, and yet all he does is rant and rave about the IRS, health care, and corrupt politicians. Doesn't add up. Not if he was the "lone nut" they want us to think he was, anyway. ;-(

That fucking KIKE Chuck Baldwin takes the cake, though. :-/ :-( Like his fellow disinformation agent, Glenn Beck, he's painted himself into a corner, and is daily hanging himself with his own words. ;-)

Unlike Mr. Beck, however, instead of spewing a bunch of namby-pamby "non-violence" talk, Baldwin seems to anticipate the day when the ZOGbots are sent out to disarm all of us, and the likely response to that event. Ironically, he is quite correct in his assessment that nothing will change until that happens, at least not in our favor, anyway.

Nonetheless, even in his attempt to sound like some kind of kosher Patrick Henry, (Yecch! Perish the thought. :-/ ) he simply can't restrain himself from sounding like the lying spawn of Satan that he is: "Let's not end our lives prematurely. Instead, get mad; get
organized; get educated; start equipping your heart, mind, and body for the
battle ahead. Let's fight; let's study; let's prepare; let's make every
would-be tyrant on Capitol Hill and Wall Street know that we are not going
to sit back and let them steal our country." Hey, Chuckyboy, THEY ALREADY DID!!! ;-( Your tribe stole it back in 1933, and it's been under their control ever since.

He also can't seem to stop shedding his little crocodile tears for Joe Stack, undoubtedly fooling most of the stupid whigger vermin still gullible enough to give a fuck what he supposedly thinks:

"We all share Joe Stack's pain!" "We" who, Jewboy? Not yet you don't. But you will soon, I assure you. ;-(

"I really wish Joe Stack had not killed himself, however. We need each other." Well, once again, Who do you mean by "we"? I realize that you Jews need to feed on the blood of us "goyim" to survive. But he, most assuredly, *DID NOT* need you. :-(

"By taking his life, he reduced our strength." Damn straight. :-D "Oy, what a naughty little bovine!" "Now we'll never be able to drink his blood!" "Oy vey iss meir!!!"

So, here we have a fucking kike disinformation agent all but coming out and saying: "Don't fire 'til you see the whites of their eyes peeking out through their bulletproof ninja hoods!". What next? A barking cat? A pig sprouting wings and flying to the moon? Sheesh. :-/

Well, I tell you what, ZOG's getting desperate, that's all. They've infiltrated and infiltrated and set up false front after false front, yet they haven't been able to shut us down. And they never will, either. Not unless they take out the Magical Nigger here in the next few months, and try to blame it on us, anyway.

And, if they do that, they'll be taking the wolf by the ears, and they *KNOW* it. The niggers will go apeshit, like the apes they are, and that may very well be the last nail in the coffin of what passes for "law and order" in this country. They'd be hanging themselves with their own rope. :-D

There's no way in hell they can kill or lock up every White man in this country, and the ones they don't lock up or kill *WILL* fight back---either against the niggers, assuming that ZOG's local (f)law enforecement doesn't try to disarm them, or against the local piglice, National Guard, etc., should they try to do so.

BTW, any of you guys see the guy who started the Oath Keepers on O'Reilly last week? (Actually it was Thursday before last.) O'Reilly had Mark Blowcock from the Scumbag Poverty-Pimp Lie Center on the night before, who had basically called them a bunch of "dangerous extremists", and Barack Hussein O'Whiny, as I now call him basically echoed the sentiments of the little Jew faggot.

The thing of it is, though, he caught hell for it the next day, from his own audience. Every single piece of viewer mail he got was supporting the Oath Keeper guy and condemning O'Reilly!!! :-D I couldn't fucking believe it!!! Apparently, even the most brainwashed Jew-worshipping, Sarah Palin-loving flaggot out there realizes that it has the right to defend itself with lethal force, and that that right doesn't somehow magically disappear, just because some little local piglouse with a God complex decides to declare a "state of emergency". They had the stupid Mick blowing a gasket!!! God it was hilarious!!!!

We are, indeed, living in interesting times. :-)

Joe Stack's Rage: Does it Fit the Crypocracy's Script?
http://revisionistreview.blogspot.com/

The following statement is alleged to be the last testament of Joseph Andrew Stack III, known as "Joe Stack," alleged to have flown a kamikaze mission on Feb. 18 into an Austin, Texas office building that housed some offices of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Stack's suicide crash threatened the lives of many innocent people in Austin. What gives him the right to play God? Does he think he's Dick Cheney?

A few miles from the crash site is the main IRS headquarters in Austin. An attack there would have been far more devastating and from Stack's warped point of view, more effective. Would someone sufficiently articulate to pen an eloquent terminal essay such as the one below, which undoubtedly contains many candid truths, be so obtuse as to miss his main target and attack a far less significant one?

For those of us who were stunned by the absolute apathy of NORAD's fighter jets when they failed to patrol over Manhattan after the first of the Twin Towers was struck by a jumbo jet, please note that the IRS buildings in Austin were sheltered under the wings of NORAD after Stack's alleged terrorist act.

Why print the musings of an alleged terrorist? Because successful terrorism is usually, in nine cases out of ten, a black op of a government agency. Can we find clues in Stacks' supposed manifesto that tell us something along these lines? Since shadowy forces are instigating violence in the name of patriotism while encouraging rage and hate, we need to see how that rage plays out in the mind of an American who is said to have acted on his grievances - some of which are valid.

Where Joe Stack is wrong is in thinking that terrorist acts constitute opposition to the Cryptocracy. They don't. They serve the Cryptocracy, which historically has loved violence and drawn its sustenance from it. Terrorism furnishes the excuse that tyrants need in order to erode our God-given rights and gradually impose a police state on our nation. One has only to examine the history of the United States from Sept. 11, 2001 to 2008, to see how "King" George Bush and his Vice-Regent, Dick Cheney, did precisely that, in the name of "fighting terrorism." In this regard, the standing ovation accorded to Cheney at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington D.C. Feb. 18 tells us all we need to know about the "conservative Republican commitment" to freedom.

Mr. Stack and his allies overlook the fact that the Cryptocracy has an answer to their grievances. If they don't like America, or its crooked politicians and unconstitutional tax laws, if they can't be successful here, if they can't be "competitive" in the buzz word of the buccaneer capitalists, it doesn't really matter in the long term. Millions of the huddled masses of Mexico, China and India are entering our borders to "compete" for the bucks, if necessary by washing dishes for years for the chance to operate an outdoor food cart or own a convenience store and be a "success." To them our tax laws seem mild, even benevolent, and Joe Stack is just a sore loser.

Behind Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin and the Republican "conservatives" is the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other money-mad advocates of "open borders" who are eager to replace American yeomanry like Joe with youthful, servile peons from abroad - unfortunate persons who have no heritage of honesty in government or tradition of individual rights. This is why, in part, the Republicans and the Democrats have conspired to crate up our manufacturing industries and ship them overseas. Current information on Chinese heavy manufacturing, transportation and housing make it obvious that the Chinese Communists intend to build an industrial production capacity that completely dwarfs the United States. Chinese manufacturing wages are about 3% of those in the U.S. The entire industrial production capacity of the United States is being hollowed out. Manufacturing employment in the United States is headed towards zero. This is treason against working Americans. This destruction of our way of life is what "Free Trade" really signifies, the extinction of the American yeoman through the erosion of a decent living wage.

As the American writer Bret Harte (1836-1902), a onetime shotgun rider on California stagecoaches, wrote in 1870, "We are ruined by Chinese cheap labor." Those sentiments coalesced into an authentic American populist movement led by Dennis Kearney that would scare the pants off Beck, Palin and their plutocrat-backers today.

Stack's alleged terrorist act takes place against the backdrop of the Neocon Fox television network-fueled Tea Party movement. Let us recall that in actuality there is no large, organized national movement in the U.S. truly representing the founding principles of 1776. The modern Tea Party consists of many good folks, but they know nothing of the degree to which they are being used by the Cryptocracy.

The Supreme Court recently declared corporations, which are a legal fiction, as "persons" with freedom of speech and press rights to buy campaigns and politicians (even more than they have in the past). These corporations are multinational, with no allegiance to anything but profit, which is what Ayn Rand, Glenn Beck's philosophical heroine, formally and shamelessly taught and advocated: greed is good. The Tea Party movement, through Beck, is hogtied to this monstrous sin, condemned as blackest evil throughout the history and heritage of the West by our best spiritual leaders and philosophers, including the Founding Fathers. What then does Glenn Beck really represent? He is a front man for the alien Money Power, under a sophisticated mask of folksy American Constitutional probity and patriotism.

Jesus said, "The love of money is the root of evil." Is the Tea Party attacking the root of evil? Not at all! Ayn Rand and Glenn Beck are all about the love of money, touting it as The American Way.

Joe Stack got angry and went "postal" in attacking a building in Austin, Texas, with his fellow Americans inside. He lashed out at Americans and presumably his last wish was that others will also become as mad as he was. And madness it is. Is Joe Stack's violent act a Lexington and Concord shot heard 'round the world, or the beginning of the fulfillment of the prophecy of US intelligence agencies that they are going to need bigger budgets and more surveillance to counter "homegrown, domestic terrorism"? It seems to me that Joe's alleged act in Austin fits their profile and suits their needs.

JOE STACK'S STATEMENT

If you're reading this, you're no doubt asking yourself, "Why did this have to happen?" The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn't enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless... especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I'm not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy.

Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals (sic) represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was "no taxation without representation." I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal (sic) is promptly labeled a "crackpot," traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven't had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say. Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it's time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours?

Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country's leaders don't see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political "representatives" (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the "terrible health care problem". It's clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don't get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice? You've got to be kidding!

How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly "holds accountable" its victims, claiming that they're responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law "requires" a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that's not "duress" than what is. If this is not the measure of atotalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early '80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having 'tax code' readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful "exemptions" that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the "best", high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the "big boys" were doing (except that we weren't steeling (sic) from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God).

However, this is where I learned that there are two "interpretations" for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us... Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their "freedom"... and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of "paying my dues"), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer. On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I'm sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father.

I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be "healthier" eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn't quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn't trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early '80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a 'wet-behind-the-ears' contract software engineer... and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

Note:

· "another person" is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

· "taxpayer" is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

· "individual", "employee", or "worker" is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it's not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can't believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my 'pocket change', and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their "freedom". Oh, and don't forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing (sic) income that I couldn't bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren't going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists).

Our leaders decided that they didn't need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&;L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a sh*t about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to "shore up" their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, 'special' facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars ... as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I'm thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I'll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I've never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages... and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn't give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn't have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn't notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I'd never enter another accountant's office again.

Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl's unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn't have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit.

The end result is... well, just look around.

I remember reading about the stock market crash before the "great" depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn't it ironic how far we've come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn't have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it's "business-as-usual". Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes... isn't that a clever, tidy solution.

I know I'm hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn't limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at "big brother" while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won't continue; I have just had enough.

Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn't so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer.

Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let's try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

For those who do not know......
http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http:// ... 535fd7658c

Joe Stack was the guy who flew a airplane into the IRS building in Austin,Texas.

And Joe Bedell was the guy who shoot a guard at the Pentagon.

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/pentagon-shoo ... d=10017089

John Bedell and Joe Stack were not terrorist, they were good friends of mine. In 1996, we met at an embedded systems conference in Sacramento. I do not feel like typing out all the details, but we hit it off right from the beginning. We begin analysing networks together and by 2002, Joe and I were able to penetrate just about any network connected to the Internet. The correspondence between John, Joe, and I eventually came to a halt, but in February, 2007 I get a call from Joe telling me that we needed to talk in person. I met with him and he spilled his guts to me. He told me about all the unlawful and clandestine operations our government was involved with and also informed me of the level of corruption that has manifested itself in capitol hill. He suggested that we find out what was going on by infiltrating the CIA's as well as the NSA's networks. I was really hesitant about it, but Joe told me that John was on board and pointed me to this website and a couple of others as a nudge of encouragement. My wife had recently passed and I really felt like I had nothing to lose, so the day after his proposal, and after countless hours of pouring over conspiracy theories, I accepted. It was not because my moral standards were as high as Joe's, but more that my wife's death had take a tremendous toll on me, and I went into it for the thrill (it kept my mind preoccupied and off my wife). That was the last time I saw Joe face to face. I did not see John face to face throughout the entire operation, but we communicated through digital mediums.

Joe was the lead man. He orchestrated the entire event, and delegated tasks to people. I am a mathematics professor with a focus in cryptology, so Joe put me in charge of cryptography. I set up secure lines of communication and ran crypt-analysis on ciphered keys John sniffed off the networks. John was in charge of pen testing. If you are going to get caught, it will be during pen testing, since this the most intrusive part of the entire process. It had been years since we had worked together as a team, and Joe and John were not up to date on the latest network and software security practices. We started on private networks and worked our way up to large corporations. By 2009 we were prepared to undertake the task at hand.

Joe kept things compartmentalised during the operation. We were given information on a need to know basis. I do not know what methods Joe used to attack what networks, or even what files he was after, I was only given cipher-texts and expected to return the clear-text. John was in charge of anti-forensics and clean-up. But, I knew something went wrong when Joe called me. I immediately knew right off the bat that something was amiss, when I heard John in the background. That was our number one rule: no face-to-face contact. His first words, "It's way bigger than anybody could have ever dreamed. Look at today's date. Listen to the audio-file I just sent you and then look at the time-stamp and at today's date again". I honestly thought I was busted. I thought it was a government agent trying to be funny. The date was February 15, and, I will not ever forget this, the audio file was last modified about an hour before I listened to it. The clip was of the end of a hockey game and as the commentator wrapped things up, he said something along the lines of "Thrasers: 7, Kings: 6. Thanks for listening to us on this Monday night". At first I didn't understand. I didn't even have a clue as to what was going on until Joe sent me more of the archives which had every digital video, and audio, broadcasts for events that were supposed to happen tomorrow, but had not happened yet. Confirmation finally came that this was not just some sort of hoax database kept for fun, when we tuned into the Thrashers-Kings game and the final score was Thrashers: 7, Kings: 6.
After brainstorming and researching for days, they finally discovered the database was being written to via satellite. And from there things clicked into place. The NSA is able to see approximately 27 hours 42 minutes and 33 seconds into the future of the world. This is done through a satellite. The satellite is able to take images of earth, a selected number of video and audio broadcasts (the majority of it is news) routed to the satellite by communications on the ground up, to roughly 27 hours before it happens. As every second goes by it is slowly gaining the ability to see further into the future. I'm not going to expand any further here, but to say the satellite is able to do this because of a flaw in the way the Lorentz transformations were derived.

This is my insurance. They have already kill Joe and John, and in such a way that they made them out to be monsters to the public. They will not do this to me. This is the way it works. If they kill me, abduct me or anything, all evidence including the properly derived Lorrentz transformations are to be automatically posted here. I must be present at my computer at 5:29 a.m. (my timezone) everyday in order to keep this posts from happening because 174 servers spanning the globe are set to ensure that happens automatically unless my password is entered. If the government tries to take this site out or this page, I have created a virus that will spread on a massive scale and automatically upload all the evidence I have against them to the victims PC, so at the very least thousands will know the truth but most likely millions. My password cannot be cracked. It would take longer to crack an 8096 bit RSA encryption key, than my self-made encryption system. My initials are T.S.G. and I am a Mathematics professor. This shall ensure if they kill me and try to slander my name in the media, there will be at least a few people who know the truth I'm not telling everything here because then they would kill me. It's the only bargaining chip I have left.
First, we are going to need a few definitions:
For the purpose this essay, the definition of energy is: a necessary condition for a particle to exist in time. Therefore we can say: a particle has energy if and only if it exists in time.
Time will be casually defined as a "release valve" for energy. So, time allows particles to release energy.

Definition of a Vector Space:
A vector space defined over a field K is a set V with two operations: vector addition, which we will denote as +, and scalar multiplication, denoted using concatenation, satisfying the following axioms:
1.) V is an Abelian group with operation vector addition
2.) V is closed under scalar multiplication. Also, if a and b are in K and v is in V, then
1v = v (where 1 is the identity vector) and (ab)v = a(bv)
3.) the distributive law holds

Definition of Linear Subspace
If V is a vector space over a field K and W is a non-empty subset of V, then W is called a linear subspace of V (over K) if and if W is a vector space using the same operations as those in V.

Definition of span
Given a set of vectors S = { v in V : i in I}, where V is a vector space and I is some index set, then the collection of all finite linear combinations of elements of S is called the span of S, and is denoted by span(S).

That concludes our definitions, now on to theorems we will need.
Theorem 1.1
The subset W1 = {0} is a subspace of all V vector spaces.

Let the vector space V represent all possible permutations of time that a particle may exist in, then, assuming the present is the 0 vector, the energy of a particle represents the subspace S of time. All of the actual instances of time we exist in is represented by span(S). So let us say a particles energy level is relatively low and only includes the subspace 0, then the span(0) = 0 which means we only exist in the present. The linear subspace S increases as energy is added, therefore increasing span(S), which means the instances of time a particle exists in is increasing. As a particle begins to lose energy, the cardinality of span(S) decreases. This means that whenever a particle loses enough energy it span(S) will collapse back to the 0 vector. This explains the twin paradox. The man returns younger than his twin because his span(S) collapses back to a span(S) = {0} at an earlier point than his brothers span(S) = {0 sub(1)} (note: sub(1) denotes subscript 1).
The problem of locality has long escaped quantum physicists, and it is no different for me. For some unknown reason, a particle whose |span(S)| > 0 is able to communicate with itself instantaneously over its different components of span(S). Hence, when the satellite exists in more than one subspace S, the satellite of time 0 (present) retains all information of the same satellite at the component 1 (future) of subspace S.
So in layman's terms, as the satellite's energy speed continues to increase, it's mass does not change as it is described in mainstream physics, but the time frames in which it exists increases. At the mid level energy spaces, this makes the satellite appear to gain more mass, but once it reaches high energy levels this effect is exonerated. The satellite then "exists" in more than one instance of time, but retains all the information that all the other replicas of itself in different time frames hold due to locality. This makes it possible to exert information from the future.

Note: this is not meant to be a formal proof and it is my hope that anyone with a simple understanding of linear algebra may be able to interpret this.

THE MONTAUK PROJECT - PRESTON NICHOLS 6/9
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alnKeiAJWmc

NOT online elsewhere = "Experiments were conducted in teleportation, parallel dimensions and time travel.
On or about on August 12, 1983 the time travel project at Camp Hero interlocked in hyperspace with the original Project Rainbow back in 1943. The USS Eldridge was drawn into hyperspace and trapped there. Two men, Al Bielek and Duncan Cameron both claim to have leaped from the deck of the USS Eldridge while it was in hyperspace and ended up after a period of severe disorientation at Camp Hero in the year 1983 at Montauk Point. Here they claim to have met John von Neumann, a famous physicist and mathematician, even though he died in 1957. John Von Neumann had supposedly worked on the original Philadelphia Experiment, but the United States Navy denies this.
A porthole (portal) in time was created which allowed researchers to travel anywhere in time or space. This was developed into a stable Time Tunnel. Underground tunnels with abandoned cultural archives were explored on Mars using this technique where apparently some kind of Martians had once lived many thousands and thousands of years earlier.
Contact was made with alien extraterrestrials through the Time Tunnel and advanced kinds of etheric technology was exchanged with them which enhanced the Montauk Project. This allowed broader access to hyperspace. Stewart Swerdlow also developed the language of hyperspace, utilizing archetypes and glyphs as well as colour and tone, in other words, a non-linguistic language, the language of the Creator, that is God itself. However many researchers have questioned the validity of Swerdlow and what he actually did within the Montauk Project.
Enrico Chekov, a Spanish-Russian dissident, reported in 1988, after defecting to America, that satellite surveillance captured during the 1970s showed the formation of a large bubble of space-time centered on the site, lending further support to the D1 Base Time Tunnel research. After Chekov shared photographs with a reporter from the The New York Times, his apartment in Manhattan was burgled and the photos were all that was taken.
People had their psychic abilities enhanced to the point where they could materialize objects out of thin air. Stewart Swerdlow claims to have been involved in the Montauk Project, and as a result, he says, his psionic faculties were boosted, but at the cost of emotional and psychological instability, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other issues, including being programmed with microchips, and also through the use of psychotronic mind control. An alien supposedly designed a chair, which an individual could sit in to boost his mental and precipatory powers. A prototype duplicate was given to Britain and put in a facility on the River Thames.
The facility was expanded to as many as twelve levels and several hundred workers. Some reports have the facility extending under the town of Montauk itself and interconnected with vast maglev tunnel networks to other Deep Underground Military Bases, also known as D1 Bases.
Nikola Tesla, whose death was faked in a conspiracy, was the chief director of operations at the base (which if they started in the 80s would make him 120+).
Mass psychological experiments, such as the use of enormous subliminal messages projects and the creation of a Men in Black corps to confuse and frighten the public, were invented there.
"After funding was in place, work allegedly began at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on Long Island, New York under the name of the "Phoenix Project", but the project soon required a large and advanced radar dish. The United States Air Force had a decommissioned base at Montauk, New York, not far from BNL, which had a complete SAGE radar installation"....b.

According to a report from the AP, a gun that John Patrick Bedell used to carry out the shooting at the Pentagon on March 4th was once seized by Memphis police in a criminal case in 2005. The department says that the gun, (a Ruger), was trade by the department before Bedell later purchased it in Las Vegas.

“The gun already had changed hands among gun dealers in Georgia and Pennsylvaniaby the time Bedell bought it,” said the article. ”Officer Karen Rudolph, a Memphis police spokeswoman, said her department traded the weapon to a dealer in 2008 for a different gun that was better for police work. Rudolph said gun swaps are a way to save taxpayer money.

The Ruger had sat in Memphis police storage for years at that point, after being confiscated from a convicted felon at a 2005 traffic stop.”

The shotgun used by Johnny Lee Wicks in a shooting that killed a police officer in Las Vegas this year had also passed through the Memphis Police evidence locker. Records suggest that the gun was confiscated in 1998. According to Shelby County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Steve Shular, a Memphis judge ordered the sale of the shotgun as part of a criminal case, and the dealer who bought it later sold it to another dealer in Nevada. It’s not clear yet where Wicks got possession of it.

A series of “anti-government” acts of violence have occurred over the past year, mostly carried out by individuals with histories of mental illness who died at the scenes of their crimes. In the case of John Patrick Bedell, statements he once wrote on an internet message board accusing the government of orchestrating 9/11 have been picked up by the mainstream media to vilify the majority of Americans, including victims’ family members, who question the official story of the biggest mass murder in American history and want a new, independent investigation.

The AP article cited above places its focus on examining whether or not police departments should sell guns confiscated in criminal investigations back to private dealers, yet what’s most glaring is the coincidental fact that the weapons used by two high-profile shooters in the same year, both with “anti-government” motivations, and both happening during politically sensitive times, passed through the same local police department before ending up in their hands.
