Illegal list sparks fear in community, state query

Illegal Immigration needs to be stamped out now. Repatriation of illegals to their country of ORIGEN needs to happen now. Support Chris Simcox and the Minutemen Projects coming to a border state near you.

also ... This is our payback for listening to the governmental WHORES who said that NAFTA/WTO/GATT were 'good' for America and Jobs. All there has been is a GIANT SUCKING SOUND of Jobs leaving this country. This spot is to recognize the companies that are traitors to the US economy and the traitors in Government that have allowed this to happen

Illegal list sparks fear in community, state query

Fear and mistrust reverberated throughout the Latino community Wednesday
after an anonymous group distributed a list containing information on 1,300
people purportedly in the country illegally.(Isn't that priceless? Worry
about your Latino community in your Latino country. This is AMERICA and we
worry about our American community.)

The truth is I am afraid [immigration agents] will come knock on my door
at night, said a man in his 40s who lives in Salt Lake City with his wife
and 8-year-old son. He emigrated from Guatemala 20 years ago and is not here
legally.
I don't feel good about this. I'm worried all the time, said the man, who
spoke on condition of anonymity. (Oh, this is priceless! Now you know how
us Americans feel about you....we don't feel good having a bunch of
illegals here and we hope we worry you as you've brought on the worry and
Americans WORRY about having the likes of you in our country. GO HOME!! You've
had ample time to try and become LEGAL, so LEAVE already you scum sucking
leech and take your family too!)

A Salt Lake City mother of two young children, who is in the country
illegally, heard about the list on Spanish-language radio but didn't know her
name was on it until she was contacted by The Salt Lake Tribune.
It makes me mad because they take advantage of ones innocence, she said,
speaking only upon assurance her name would not be used. The trust has been
lost.
(Yo illegal lady, YOU lost the trust when you brought your sorry illegal
tail over here, so don't even try using the innocence game, you are far from
it!! The Americans are mad because of people like you that take advantage
of our innocent!)

Both fear information they gave to the Census Bureau may have been
compromised. The woman said she also signed a petition opposing an Arizona-style
immigration law at a Cinco de Mayo gathering, and signed up for the
Childrens Health Insurance Program. The father applied for Medicaid but was
rejected. (Good, I hope that Childrens Health Insurance and Medicaid was a con to
entice you illegals to sign it so they'd know exactly where to find you
and deport your sorry illegal alien tails!!! Glad you were rejected too and I
hope to see you and your ilk rejected from our country permanently! What
gives you the right to sign any petition in OUR country? You're an illegal.
The ONLY right you have is to LEAVE.......bus or box, take your pick!)

Gov. Gary Herbert ordered an investigation Tuesday to determine whether or
not the information originated from a state agency.
The anonymous list was sent to immigration officials in April. News
outlets received an updated version of the list Monday, along with a letter
challenging immigration and law enforcement officials to immediately deport the
individuals on the list. (My sincerest thanks and applauds to those
anonymous that sent the list. THANK YOU!!!)

Our group observes these people in our neighborhoods, driving on our
streets, working in our stores, attending our schools and entering our public
welfare buildings, according to a letter accompanying the list sent to
federal immigration officials. We then spend the time and effort needed to gather
information along with legal Mexican nationals who infiltrate their social
networks and help us obtain the necessary information we need to add them
to our list.
Tony Yapias, an advocate with the group Proyecto Latino de Utah, said he
was barraged with calls Wednesday from people fearful their names were on
the list.
Most of them are not, so they just take a big relief. Thank you, God.
Thank you. Every once in a while we get someone who is on the list, he said.
You can feel them with tears on the other end of the line. Theyre scared.
They say, What do I do? Where do I go? Should I move? Should I leave? (Oh
please, let me answer! What you do,illegal, is self deport yourself, go home
wherever that is, yes you should move out of the United States and YES you
illegals should LEAVE!)
Yapias said he tries to keep people calm and urges them not to take any
drastic measures.
He said there is no doubt in his mind that the information came from the
states Department of Workforce Services. (Good for whoever or wherever the
information came from!!! I personally love it and thank whoever(s) did it.
Great job!!!)

Every single one [on the list] I've talked to, they have sought services
from that agency at some point, he said. Moreover, foreign-born children in
families are on the list while those born in the United States are not
because they are eligible for benefits, he said. (Yeah folks, read the
highlighted green, that's it in a nutshell, EVERY SINGLE ONE HAVE SOUGHT SERVICES
IN THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS!!! That's
really it too!!!)

The governor ordered the investigation, based on the possibility the
volume of the information in the list indicates government data was compromised.
(Isn't that priceless? They're worried about government data being
compromised but NOT the laws! What dingbats!) Teams of investigators spent
Wednesday combing through tens of thousands of records. (Too bad they don't
spend time combing through and deporting thousands of ones with police
records!)

We've got staff working on it full time. Its a priority for us, and right
now were looking predominantly at data sources in the Workforce Services
area, said Ken Petersen, deputy director of Utah's Department of Technology
Services. (Oh, you've got jobs there and people are working full time? Are
illegals on the staff that's working full time? Are there any job openings,
because there's lots of unemployed Americans?)

The Department of Workforce Services said Wednesday it has 10 database
experts working full time to determine whether or not the information came
from inside its ranks. The department provides unemployment benefits, food
stamps, low-income medical care and child care to Utahns.(There you
go....illegals getting unemployment benefits, food stamps, low-income medical care
and child care....you're paying for it!)

The investigation may be complicated because the department completed a
transition to a new computer system July 1, meaning most of the data on the
list pre-dated the new database.
As of Wednesday afternoon, the department had not made an effort to
contact anyone on the list.
We don't want to go off half-cocked, said Dave Lewis, DWS spokesman. We
want to know clearly what we know. (Well Mr. Lewis, does that mean you don't
want to go after the half-cocked illegals? Because Americans clearly want
to know what we know and that's that we have laws stating illegals should
not be here!)

A 27-year-old woman who has been living illegally in Salt Lake City for
six years said she and her friends are nervous about being included on the
list. (Well, perhaps this six year freeloader should take her illegally
living ass and her friends out of this country and return to the origin so they
wouldn't have to worry about being nervous!)

Everyone is talking about it, she said, speaking on condition of
anonymity. Everyone is a little nervous. (True, Everyone is talking about it, but
FALSE, not EVERYONE is a little nervous, Americans aren't, just you goofy
illegals and you illegals should be!!!)

Still, she said she hasn't changed her lifestyle and doesn't plan to go
into hiding over her identification on the list.(Not until they come
knocking on her door, but then she'll probably change her lifestyle and go into
hiding under yet another identification.)

Maria Gomez, 44, is on the list, even though she and her 19-year-old son,
Roberto, became permanent residents last month. The Fillmore mother had
received Medicaid temporarily, but was later found to be ineligible.
I feel very bad because, hey, one has done nothing to no one to deserve
such treatment, (Yo Maria, not sure if you actually became legal, it just
says permanent residents, but these illegals deserve this and far worse
treatment, like you, for breaking the LAWS!!!) Gomez said. Thank God, I'm not
[undocumented] anymore.
