Right to TRAVEL!

Method #1
---------
===========
POLICE STOP
===========
1. Always be courteous to the officer!
You want to minimize his lying in court!

2. When the officer asks for license, registration and
proof of insurance: open your glove box or console and
get the registration and proof of financial responsibility
(http://www.hehasmore.org/) and hand them to the officer.
Ensure vessels are owned and registered to a trust.

3. After the officer has read both the registration and proof of financial
responsibility, the officer will then ask for your DL. It is important
to let the officer read the documents first so that the officer gets
the flavor that you are cooperating - so he will be inclined to listen.

4. Do not tell the officer you don't have a DL until he asks for it!

When he asks "Drivers License?"

"I am sorry officer, I do not have a DL." And don't have one!

When he asks "why not?":

"Because the DMV won't issue one to me."

When he asks "why not?":

"Because I don't have a birth certificate."

When he asks "why not?":

"Because I don't know where or when I was born."

When he asks "why not?":

"Think about it officer - do you remember the day you were born?
[ KEEP IN MIND - A BELIEF ISN'T KNOWLEDGE! YOU DO NOT KNOW!!! ]
Well neither do I. I went to the DMV to apply for a DL but they
would not issue one because I do not have a BC. I have received
citations before officer, and they always wind up swept under
the rug or something because it isn't my fault I cannot comply.
I never refused one - as you can see - I have done everything I
can to follow the rules - I have financial responsibility
coverage up to one million, so what else can I do - I have
to travel - and by the way, you may not understand but
technically I was not driving (a commercial term),
I was merely traveling."

When he asks "what do you mean you were not driving - I saw you?"

"Yes officer, you did see me traveling down the road in full
control of my automobile, but in order to be driving I would
have to be carrying a commercial payload or passengers, and I
am doing neither. If you insist on giving me a ticket, I
certainly will sign it and appear or do whatever is required.
It is certainly not my intention to challenge your authority."

If the officer asks your name:

"All my personal information is right there on my proof of
coverage information." DO NOT ADMIT TO A NAME (BEING OWNED)!

If the officer insists you tell him your name:

"Well, officer I know it may sound strange to you,
but I do not have a name - I am Firstname Lastname."

What do you mean you don't have a name?

"Well officer, a name is a designation assigned to property
by the owner of the property and a name is what is entered on a
person's birth certificate and registered with the government so
it appears the government is the owner of those with a BC, so
since I do not have a BC, I do not have an owner or a name, but
I am 'Firstname Lastname', and I will sign any ticket you give
to me, and you have my address right there on the proof of
insurance, and I also have several letters addressed to me
at that same address so if I was lying to you you would not
have any trouble finding me to arrest me."

You would be surprised at how many times such a spiel will get the
officer to just walk away shaking his head. But you have to have it
down pat - so that it comes across to the officer with great sincerity.
You have to be able to answer whatever the officer throws at you.
He won't be following a script, so you really have to know your stuff.

5. IN COURT - NEVER ANSWER QUESTIONS! MAKE *THEM* PROVE *EVERYTHING*!

Judge: Case #XYZ (may read charges)?
How do you want to plead?
Person: I am sorry your honor, there is an
issue with political jurisdiction.
Judge: How so? (He sure knows what this means).
Person: I am challenging the courts jurisdiction your honor.
[It's not for you to establish that they don't!!!]

JUDGE WILL MAY ASK QUESTIONS TO ESTABLISH JURISDICTION:

Judge: Well: Where were you born? What is your name? Etc.
Person: Your honor, I am sorry, just for you to be asking
questions causes a few problems:

a) First, the issue of jurisdiction has to be proven by
the executive branch, not the judicial branch - you are
acting on behalf of the executive branch - so therefore
you are violating the Separation of Powers Doctrine.

b) Additionally, for you to ask me questions is acknowledgment
of the courts lack of jurisdiction because if the court had
jurisdiction, it would be telling me how it got it ... you
wouldn't need to ask me anything.

c) Lastly, jurisdiction goes back to when the officer
arrested me on the side of the road and gave me a ticket;
so not only does there need to be proof of the courts
jurisdiction over me at this time, but also when the
officer arrested me.

Method #2:
----------

Judge: How do you want to plead?
Person: I can't plead until I see the complaint.

[YOU WILL BE DISMISSED BECAUSE THEY CANT PRODUCE A COMPLAINT]
[THIS IS NOT THE BEST METHOD BECAUSE IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DO IT,]
[THEY MAY START GENERATING COMPLAINTS - 1% OF THE TIME]

Method #3:
----------

Person: Am I under arrest?
Police: No.
Person: Am I free to go?
Police: No.

NOW YOU HAVE A 4TH AMENDMENT SEIZURE
====================================
Constitutional 4th Amendment Seizure:
When a reasonable person determines he is not free to leave:

4TH The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue,
but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.

5TH ... nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness
against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law; nor shall private
property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

6TH ... and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;
to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have
compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and
to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. "

Person: (Invoke the 5th+6th amendments).
(Shut up and wait for assistance of counsel).

Police: License? Registration?

Person: I have invoked my rights protected by the 5th+6th amendments,
including the right to remain silent, and I am waiting for
my assistance of counsel.

Police: You're under arrest, get out of the car!

Person: I am in fear of my life, my hands are on the steering wheel, my
video is running, and if you think you have the authority, just
break in. I will not resist, do whatever you have to do.

Police: Well, why are you in fear of your life?

Person: Because under the Use Of Force Continuum, you can use
any amount of force, including deadly force, to make me submit.

Police: (They will go back to their car,
and come back with a bunch of traffic citations).

NO OFFICER can acquire jurisdiction by deciding he has it. The
officer, whether judicial or ministerial, DECIDES AT HIS OWN PERIL.
Prosser v. Secor (1849), 5 Barb.(N.Y) 607, 608. Middleton v. Low
(1866), 30 Cal. 596.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IT SHOULD BE CLEAR THAT ALL LAWS PERTAINING TO
"MOTOR VEHICLES" ONLY APPLY TO THOSE CONVEYANCES
UTILIZED BY *** COMMERCIAL CARRIERS *** IN THEIR
COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES OF *** TRANSPORTATION ***.

PRIVATE MEN/WOMEN DO NOT "DRIVE" "MOTOR VEHICLES",
THEY "TRAVEL" IN THEIR MEANS OF "CONVEYANCE".
THUS, ALL "MOTOR VEHICLE" LAWS ARE VOID WHEN
APPLIED TO PRIVATE MEN/WOMEN, AND IF THE COPS
ARE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THE STUFF ABOVE,
THEN YOU SUE THEM - EVERYONE INVOLVED - FOR
ALL THE VARIOUS STATUTES/ORDINANCES THEY
VIOLATED: OFFICAL MISCONDUCT, DEPRAVATION
OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW, THEFT, ETC.
USE SMALL CLAIMS COURT! :)

GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE SYSTEM PEOPLE!
