`Appalled' Pa. gov. shuts down Israeli Spies Report on PA

Why is it that JEWs always seem to be on the forefront of SPYING on Americans. Its bad enough we have the POS of the ADL/SPLC and others, but now in our own home state, being paid by OUR tax dollars, we have yet another Jewish SPYING group to deal with. Im really starting to get very sick of this shit.

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Information about an anti-BP candlelight vigil, a gay and lesbian festival and other peaceful gatherings became the subject of anti-terrorism bulletins being distributed by Pennsylvania's homeland security office, an apologetic Gov. Ed Rendell admitted.

Rendell, who claimed he'd just learned about the practice, said Tuesday that the information was useless to law enforcement agencies and that distributing it was tantamount to trampling on constitutional rights. In recent weeks, several acts of vandalism at drilling sites spurred the inclusion of events likely to be attended by environmentalists and the bulletins began going to representatives of Pennsylvania's booming natural gas industry.

A Philadelphia rally organized by a nonprofit group to support Rendell's push for higher spending on public schools even made a bulletin, as did drilling protests at a couple of Rendell's news conferences this month as he toured the state to boost support for a tax on the natural gas industry.

"I am deeply embarrassed and I apologize to any of the groups who had this information disseminated on their right to peacefully protest," Rendell said at an evening Capitol news conference.

Rendell called the practice "ludicrous" and said the fact that the state was paying for such rudimentary information was "stunning."

Still, Rendell said he was not firing his homeland security director, James Powers, but he ordered an end to the $125,000 contract with the Philadelphia-based organization, the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response, that supplied the information.

The 12-page bulletin that was issued Aug. 30 included a list of municipal zoning hearings on Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling, a forestry industry conference and a screening of the documentary "Gasland" as events likely to be attended by anti-drilling activists.

Aside from the drilling-related events, the bulletin mentioned other potential security concerns that it said could involve "anarchists and Black Power radicals."

It listed demonstrations by anti-war groups, deportation protesters in Philadelphia, mountaintop removal mining protesters in West Virginia and an animal rights protest at a Montgomery County rodeo.

It also included "Burn the Confederate Flag Day," the Jewish high holidays and the Muslim holy month of Ramadan as potential sources of risk.

Rendell said he learned of the matter from a story in The Patriot-News of Harrisburg on Tuesday and was appalled that aides did not notify him before inking the contract a year ago.

"I think I would have said `no' to this contract before we ever spent a dime and before we sent out any information that was wrong and violative of, in my judgment, the constitution," Rendell said.

Mike Perelman, a co-director of the institute, would not respond to questions about the contract or the bulletins, saying he does not discuss client matters.

Rendell said bulletins were being used — wrongly — as a way to satisfy a federal requirement to protect "critical infrastructure" and notify law enforcement of credible information about real threats.

He said he has asked several top aides, including state police Commissioner Frank Pawlowski, to come up with a way to satisfy the requirement.

Powers did not respond to interview requests Tuesday.

The bulletins, which went out three times a week, were not intended for public distribution.

But someone who received the Aug. 30 bulletin gave a copy to Virginia Cody, a retired Air Force officer who lives in Factoryville and is concerned about the rapid expansion of Marcellus Shale drilling in northeastern Pennsylvania.

"The idea that my government thinks that what I'm doing is worthy of anti-terrorism interest goes against everything I stand for and everything I ever stood for," said Cody, 54.

Cody gave the document to a friend, who posted it on an online forum largely read by drilling opponents in the area, she said. She would not say who gave her the bulletin, just that the person works for a private company and was an intended recipient of it.

After it was posted online, Powers sent Cody an e-mail saying that the bulletin was intended for owners, operators and security personnel associated with the state's "critical infrastructure and key resources."

He closed by saying, "We want to continue providing this support to the Marcellus Shale Formation natural gas stakeholders while not feeding those groups fomenting dissent against those same companies."

Ex-police devised 'terror list' in Pennsylvania

All contracts with ISRAEL need to be rescinded or destroyed. They should not be doing ALL of our telephone billing

Nor should they be in charge of Airport security. Remember they were the ones responsible at all of the gates where supposedly 19 ragheads climbed onto planes and carried off 911. They are still there. they are either really INEPT, or criminal in allowing events of 911 to unfold. (PS btw where is the film footage showing the so called scarorists getting on the planes on THAT date. Oh yeah, there arent any)

We also need to cut off ALL military aid, as well as economical aid. I know millions of American here who could use OUR money.

We are truly living in INSANE times.

An obscure York nonprofit with ties to Philadelphia University and Jerusalem is behind the state Homeland Security agency's monitoring of protesters, environmentalists and gays, documents show.

The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is headed by Michael Perelman, who formerly worked for the York City Police Department, and Aaron Richman, a former police captain in the Israeli capital, according to filings with the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Gov. Ed Rendell apologized Tuesday after the disclosure that the state Office of Homeland Security paid the institute $125,000 for weekly reports the agency used to put Marcellus shale hearings and a gay and lesbian festival on terror watch lists for law enforcement.

"We are appalled at what we have learned so far about these reports," said Witold Walczak, legal director for the ACLU of Pennsylvania. "It all smacks of J. Edgar Hoover. Saying that no harm was done is simplistic. Just raising questions about a group or a person can cause harm. Dissent does not equal danger."

Perelman declined to comment but provided a statement that explained in general terms what his organization does:

"The mission of the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is to identify and analyze information that can be leveraged to prevent injury, loss of life and destruction of property. At times, that means providing guidance on the potential for deadly actions."

Richman could not be reached for comment.

Rendell said Wednesday he does not plan to fire anyone in his administration because what happened was the "collective responsibility" of state Homeland Security and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. He has appointed a task force headed by Steven Crawford, his chief of staff, to investigate the state's contract with the institute and how to distribute security alerts in the future.

Homeland Security did not put the one-year contract with the institute up for bid because the state Department of General Services determined no other company could provide a similar service, said Maria Finn, a Homeland Security spokeswoman.

The institute's website provides few details about Perelman and Richman.

They formed the company six years ago in York to provide "on-site educational seminars on institutional security against terrorism and other threats," a state filing shows. Three years later, in 2007, they formed a nonprofit foundation for "enhancing anti-terror training."

Richman works as an assistant professor at Philadelphia University, which identifies him as a former police captain in Jerusalem, a paramedic and a doctoral candidate in Public Policy and Homeland Security.

Rendell insisted at a Downtown news conference that while Homeland Security disseminated information about groups to law enforcement, the agency did not monitor protests. No video or photo surveillance was conducted, either, he said.

"If this wasn't so wrong, it would be laughable," said state Rep. Doug Reichley, R-Allentown.

A spokesman for House Minority Leader Sam Smith, R-Punxsutawney, asked how the contract was awarded. "I'm wondering, who are these people, who vetted them, and who chose them in the first place?" Stephen Miskin said. "Instead of spending $125,000 to spy on protesters, you could look at the governor's budget cuts and look at what else could have been funded."

Several House Republicans, including Reichley, called for the House government committee to investigate the contract and others doled out during the Rendell administration with "no oversight," Miskin said.

“The American people are afraid, they see disaster coming. Everyone is waiting to see what city is chosen to be sacrificed. Will it be Phoenix or Sacramento or perhaps Atlanta? This is the real fear, the “not so secret” fear in the heart of every American.”

For years, America’s military has been divided, competent military professionals and patriots on one side and Christian Zionists, loyal to Israel and addicted to a propaganda “dreamworld” on the other. Americans sat, on 9/11, with their military “asleep at the switch,” their president in a daze and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, perhaps out of confusion, we may never know, talking about airliners being shot down and the Pentagon being attacked by missiles. Yes, he said these things, things he couldn’t “unsay” but things the press showed once and quickly buried. Something terribly wrong happened, something years in planning, but not planned in a cave in Afghanistan. Everywhere investigators look, one thing pops up, Israel. The moment that door is opened, it is slammed shut, often with threats, often with more than threats.

We may never know the full extent of the brutality used against those who have spoken up. We know that Arab leaders can be assassinated anywhere, any time. America will remain silent and the news will always support Israel. Israel owns the news.

What about the “suicided” British scientist Dr. David Kelly, the man responsible for moving the Israeli nukes out of South Africa? Reliable sources tell us he was ready to come forward with the facts about a massive political scandal, a cover-up of lost nuclear weapons, blackmail and bribery.

Do we really believe that there are so many unlucky United States senators? Crashes of small aircraft has done more to control the US Senate than any election, control used to set the stage for a generation of wars. With AIPAC capable of buying any election, capable, willing and doing it, not an American organization at all but a lobby for a foreign government, one that likes America “not so much” as we are lead to believe, is representative government in the United States dead? When someone swears an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, is it meaningless when the government itself is no longer “American?”

Control of America, or, more appropriately, control of America’s vast military, tired and worn as it is, represents the key to ruling the world. Fooling the people, buying the government and duping America’s military through infiltrating every level of critical decision making and communications is a task, not only attempted but one long since accomplished. Problem is, even with, not only control of the press, but powerful news organizations directly under foreign control like Fox News, word is getting out.

The American people are afraid, they see disaster coming. Everyone is waiting to see what city is chosen to be sacrificed. Will it be Phoenix or Sacramento or perhaps Atlanta? This is the real fear, the “not so secret” fear in the heart of every American.

When and if it happens, Americans are not so willing to believe a few goat herds in a cave 8000 miles away planned it, not anymore.

Why do you think Senator Lieberman has demanded a “kill switch” on the internet? Why do you think “censorship czar” Cass Sunstein has asked to have accusations of Israeli complicity in 9/11 made a criminal act and openly advocated infiltration of groups pushing for an honest investigation. Who is the real “conspiracy theorist” now?

With thousands of of military and intelligence officials, retirees openly, others hiding their rage, aware of the decades of Israeli spying and the 9/11 cover-up, this divide has never been so strong. What we don’t know is how many serving today have the personal courage to speak out openly. Now the threat is nuclear weapons, not just a “shoebox dirty bomb” but full sized nukes, the weapons we have been hunting for years, claiming Saddam was prepared to use them “at 45 minutes notice,” the same nukes “sent to Syria by ambulance.” They could be anywhere and anyone could be ready to use one. There is only one possible culprit capable of doing this, however, only one country with something to gain and the willingness to act.

“We have hundreds of nuclear warheads and missiles that can reach different targets in the heart of the European continent, including beyond the borders of Rome, the Italian capital… our armed forces, however, are not the thirtieth strongest in the world, but rather the second or third. We have the capability to take the world down with us.” (Israeli military historian, Martin van Creveld)

Today, America may be facing the nuclear holocaust Creveld describes and there is no reason to trust that our military, intelligence and law enforcement, the dozens of agencies, bureaus and commands tasked with defending America are

Morons or "Masters of the Universe"...

willing to do so if the attack comes from Israel. In fact, some leaders, even a former head of the Department of Homeland Security, could be on a list of those that might be one of the America’s greatest terrorist threats. How can perceptions differ so much? If perceptions are based on information and that information is pure propaganda, consistent, continual and skillfully presented, not only in news format but reinforced in movies, television series and anyone publicly questioning the “message “is attacked and destroyed, and they are, perceptions can be assumed to be false.

Thus, the general basis for the public’s ideas about who Israel is, what Zionism advocates and what Islam is really about will be unreliable. When you add control of universities, all academic publishing and even total disruption of free speech, the most extreme ideas can be accepted as fact. They have been.

A substantial evidentiary trail exists that places Israel’s possible involvement in 9/11 on the table, with dozens of suspects questioned and more and more of the “facts” about 9/11 now proving, as with the Kennedy assassinations, to be lies.

Real theories, not “conspiracy” tell us that 9/11 was planned to get America to attack Iraq, part of Israel’s long term strategy for the region, leaving them, not only the only nuclear power, but an armed aggressor afloat in a sea of broken nations occupied by American troops, troops who take orders from politicians who take orders from Israel. However, after the massive Bush administration blunders in Iraq and Afghanistan and the virtual destruction of a military incapable of sustaining a decade long war, the planned Israeli attack using American troops, again, isn’t moving forward as we all know it was planned to.

This time, after America was so badly burned, pushed by the Bush security team, almost all Israeli citizens, many of them still around, running America for Obama, into two insane “Vietnams” it will take more than 3000 murders. With the “duping of America” over 9/11 coming unraveled, something horrendous is in the planning. There is an obvious next step and it has to be nuclear. Anything less would bring an outcry against Israel immediately. Only the “unthinkable” combined with a strong public relations campaign and a cover story with a “do it yourself” terrorist group, like so many of the “just add water” terrorist organizations the Mossad has organized for just such an occasion, will sell the lie, this and the press, not just in America but the other real voice of Israel, the BBC.

The stories about the mobile labs, the “yellow cake” uranium were lies, pap fed to a willing and complicit press. However, the threats are real but how does America protect herself when those tasked with that duty turn a blind eye to the biggest threat. In 1967, Israel was allowed to kill or wound 201 of 296 Americans on the USS Liberty. Surviving crewmen are still threatened by Israeli security for speaking up, as Philip Tourney and his wife will gladly tell you. Captain McGonagle, who won the Medal of Honor working to save his crew from hours of brutal attacks, cried out for justice to his dying day. The American military stood silent as it did on 9/11, as it did on that day in 1967 and as it may have done many times since.

Those among America’s military in 1967, those willing to send the planes from the carriers America and Saratoga to bomb Egypt on behalf of Israel received the thanks of a grateful nation. Too bad that nation was not the United States of America. Only when Israel informed Washington that it had failed to both sink the USS Liberty and effect a takeover of the ship, killing the entire crew, did Admiral McCain order planes headed toward Egypt to return. It had been previously believed these planes were meant to help the USS Liberty.

We have since been reliably informed by sources within the Navy that the planes were armed for ground attack. Thus, as early as 1967, America was willing to see its own troops butchered “for the good of Greater Israel.” Proof of this is incontrovertible and witnesses on both the Liberty and Saratoga have come forward.

We will never know for sure, what secrets are stolen, what weapons given, what enemies aided, what American interests betrayed. With dozens of organizations demanding 9/11 be investigated and the lowest estimate of those who no longer believe the cover story at 30%, not a single active duty military officer, not one member of congress nor a single member of the mainstream press has said a word about it. How can thousands of prominent Americans demand that their country begin defending itself and it be covered up? Who has that power?

America has lost at least 6 nuclear weapons since 1990, maybe more, not Russia or some “breakaway republic,” once part of the Soviet Union. 3 were American hydrogen bombs off Somalia, no longer usable but with enough plutonium in them to build many fission weapons. 3 more were part of 9 produced by Israel in South Africa back in the 80s, all supposedly sent to America for dismantling. 3 of the containers were filled with concrete blocks. They had been consigned to “friends of Israel” for shipment and were stolen from an unguarded facility in Oman after having been abandoned for months. This would be a wild claim if we hadn’t interviewed those involved in the project and been made privy to a well documented and detailed history of the operation.

These “unattributable” nukes have only one purpose, to be used in a terrorist attack on the United States, a “false flag” attack, to drive America to attack Iran and Pakistan.

How many loyal Americans, FBI, Homeland Security and other agencies are searching the nation, warehouses, ports, looking for the blue 20 foot shipping containers? How many “dual citizens” are tasked with some other purpose? Are our “protectors” really “ours” or do they work for the same pack that bought our congress? Will we find out when a mushroom cloud appears over one of our cities?

Today, America is facing the biggest threat since World War 2. Nothing will be in the news, nothing will ever be in the news, not the truth anyway. When it happens, the news will be ready, like on 9/11 when it was called on to talk Arabs and box cutters, a childish conspiracy theory millions still believe. It was ready to talk weapons of mass destruction and when that turned out to be a lie, it was ready to sit silent for its complicity in war crimes. “War crimes” seems like a harsh term but the definition fits. Invading Iraq on, not a whim, but a series of lies orchestrated by a criminal conspiracy is a war crime. Less obvious to many, the takeover of Afghanistan as a drug production facility or a base for destabilizing Pakistan or an operation center for gas pipelines, whichever reason you choose, was justified by lies as serious as those used to justify Iraq.

For those who follow such things, real leaks are proving two things:

1. Osama bin Laden never stopped working for the Central Intelligence Agency and their “regional affiliates.”
2. Bin Laden was murdered to silence him after 9/11 just as Benzir Bhutto was murdered to silence her.

YouTube - Veterans Today -

Real news never reaches America, news that shows terrorism, corporate banditry and the biggest drug cartel in history, tied to American allies, some Muslim but one worse than all combined, Israel. Even today, the mythology of “threatened” Israel and the rockets raining down on their cities, all imagination, is still believed by many in our military. When 9/11 came, be it radio controlled planes, missiles, controlled demolition, our military was on “stand down,” ordered to let the attacks move forward and then roll across the Middle East, an Army hijacked by Israel to help them start their long planned world conquest. Today, America basks in defeat and humiliation and Israel laughs.

israel-nukeWe have continual debates about religion in the military. Should Christian sects be able to force troops to prayer? Is America a Christian nation, is this what the founding fathers meant? What if, lets say, these sects were not loyal to the United States but rather constituted a national threat? Is an officer belonging to a Christian Zionist church likely to pass secrets on to Israel? Will they obey orders from the Mossad above their own commanders? Will an Christian Zionist with nuclear access follow his religious calling and cause a nuclear war to bring about Armageddon?

What if their power in the military was that great, part of a systematic infiltration of the military through an extremist take-over of the chaplain’s services and eventually admissions and curriculum of the service academies themselves? What else could explain the total silence we have seen when torture, kidnapping, illegal invasions and “stand downs” to allow terrorist attacks are the norm. How many officers have violated the Geneva Convention, their oaths and the Uniform Code of Military Justice because they felt obliged to a “higher power” to exhibit extreme cruelty, cleansing the world of “infidels?”

Those in the military that feel, as Christians, they are tied to Israel, have lost their minds. Islam and Judaism are much closer than Christianity and Judaism. With the advent of the trinity, both Jews and Muslims see Christians as, not only polytheistic, worshiping 3 gods, not one, but idolaters as well. To both Jews and Muslims, these issues alone are enough to make Christianity an enemy. Islam, a religion totally based on Judaism, an Abrahamic faith, built on the foundation of the books of Moses, sees itself as a reform movement stressing moral values as outlined in the Koran and the teachings of the prophet, Mohammad (peace be on him).

To a Christian with a real education, the struggle between the Jews and Muslims is a “family matter.” Jews are the beloved children of Islam who have yet to accept the reforms that defined the true religion. We must remember, without Judaism and g-d’s covenant with Israel, there would be no Islam. Christianity is seen as a Hellenistic bastardization of biblical teachings watered down to sell to the pagan Roman empire. You won’t hear it, not publicly, but it is exactly what is taught to every student, Jew, Muslim, this is their belief.

Muslims have “jihad” and Jews were chosen by g-d to rule the world. 90% of the most serious accusations each makes of the other are, actually, part of the religion of both, only Jews are much better at public relations. After all, they own 90% of the world’s media, print, broadcast, even much of the internet. How do we trust military leaders who don’t know that “goyim” means “cattle?” If you are “cattle” and you believe those who see you as such are your best friends, you are not dealing with reality. Perhaps we should teach The Scorpion and the Toad at West Point. This should be the start of the first day’s lecture on America’s Strategic Security in the 21st Century:

The scorpion, in the course of a long journey, encounters a river. The scorpion cannot swim and so he is momentarily stymied until he spies the toad, on the opposite river bank. “Toad!” the scorpion calls out, “will you please let me ride on your back to the other side of the river because, you see, I cannot swim.” “No way,” replied the toad, “if I let you ride on my back you will sting me!” To which the scorpion replied, “But if I am riding on your back and I sting you then we will both die because I cannot swim.” After thinking on it for a moment or two the toad agrees, swims over to the opposite bank of the river where the scorpion jumps onto his back and he turns to swim to the other side. When the toad, with the scorpion riding on his back, gets to the middle of the river, the scorpion stings him. “Scorpion!” Exclaimed the toad, “Why did you sting me? Now we both die.”

“Because it is in my nature.” Was the scorpion’s response.

Should we be sick of watching our troops walk through poppy fields, knowing the heroin being produced is destroying the United States, filling our prisons but, at the same time, filling the pockets of, well who? Who is getting a cut of the $65 billion dollars a year earned from the partnership in Afghanistan? Israel is the money end, the CIA does transportation, the Afghan government runs production, but who does distribution? Do the planes really land on military bases? We have already found bales of cash leaving Afghanistan heading for Dubai.

This is only a small part of the money involved. It is this money, combined with the billions we give Israel, the billions they take out of the American economy through control of the Federal Reserve System (a quasi-governmental scheme of banks with Rothschild lineage that control America) that makes it impossible to get honest news, elect honest politicians and even trust our own military.

In fact, a large majority of Americans openly admit, on every opinion poll, that they don’t trust our congress, our president or any American institution. Nobody asks them why. Would they know? Is it because a foreign country controls our banks, our news, our congress, our military , our foreign policy? Is it because the only reason politics exist in America is so the greedy can line up at the trough, not caring who is pouring the slop, as long as they get theirs first.

No American has a clue where President Obama came from. Many believe he is foreign born, many more think he is Muslim and some believe he is a space alien. In 250 years, documents will be declassified that will either prove or disprove that former President Bush belonged in prison, not the White House, guilty of, not AWOL (absent without leave) but desertion during wartime. There is no reasonable doubt of his guilt, only that he used his power to prevent arrest and prosecution. After 9/11, no more questions were asked, and no more witness had to receive new homes, fat government jobs or have mysterious heart attacks.

For the Bush years, it was made clear that a military career had to be built on loyalty to Israel, even though their nuclear arsenal and their ethnic cleansing of Palestine are the root of every conflict confronting America today. There is no military alliance with Israel. America has no potential enemies. In fact, every nation in the region is either controlled by the United States, occupied or frightened to death. Iran trying to stand against America is the equivalent of Denmark standing against Hitler’s blitzkrieg.

The view of the state of affairs taught our military is childishly stupid. How many of our military leaders are childishly stupid also?

I was reading your article today, and I thought about General Scratchley Brown. I wasn’t sure if you knew who he was. He caused some controversy a long time ago while Chairman of JCS. You can take a look at his remarks on his wikipedia entry. I smiled when I read it a few years ago. But….seems some things really haven’t changed. I cannot see a CJCS saying what he said now.
Take Care,
ControversyDuring his term as CJCS, Brown commented on two occasions, to a Duke University audience in October, 1974, and to a French reporter in 1976, that Israel was becoming a burden to The Pentagon and believed that the reason for continual military aid was due to Jews having control over America’s banks, newspapers and elected officials. His exact words were:

It’s so strong you wouldn’t believe now. We have the Israelis coming to us for equipment. We say we can’t possibly get the Congress to support that. They say, ‘Don’t worry about the Congress. We will take care of the Congress.’ Now this is somebody from another country, but they can do it. They own. you know, the banks in this country, the newspapers. Just look at where the Jewish money is.[1]

Although he was reprimanded by President Gerald Ford to apologize and pressured to resign his post, Brown finished out his term under President Jimmy Carter. Brown’s comments at Duke and subsequent reprimand by President Ford were reported on the front page of The Washington Post on Nov. 13, 1974, and Nov. 14, 1974, respectively. Brown also predicted that Iran would soon become an important military power in the Middle East.

Brown was known for the directness of his speech, which sometimes offended those around him. Asked once to comment on his opinion of the British Armed Forces, Brown replied, “The British? All they have are generals, admirals and bands.”

Press Statement 15 September 2010
The mission of the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is to identify and analyze
information that can be leveraged to prevent injury, loss of life and destruction of property.
At times, that means providing guidance on the potential for deadly actions. At other times, it
means providing security personnel guidance regarding staff requirements for crowd control.
For example, in May 2010 ITRR's Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center (TAM-C) informed
clients of "focused anti-gay chatter among White supremacists and extremist militia supporters."
We noted that "Gay pride" events recently served as trigger events for such radicals, such as in
Belarus and Slovakia.
Thus, the ITRR briefing concluded, "based on general analysis and international case study
debriefing, TAM-C analysts recommend a somewhat heightened situational awareness at all such
pride events."
Similarly, in January 2010, ITRR researchers identified "explicit calls for sabotage of major
facilities and murder" in "European eco-extremist and anti-capitalist communications." In a
separate client document, we further identified an "increasing overlap between anarchists and
environmental extremists - with anarchist communications often praising acts of overt ecoterrorism."
We also expressed concern that such European extremist views were finding echoes
in North America.
By April 2010, a leading ideologue for the Earth First! organization issued a call for more
extreme actions in the service of the environmentalist agenda. "Are we so caught up in a cycle
of civil disobedience that we can’t think past it?" he asked.
ITRR's analysis of the above communications said:
"TAM-C recommends that security personnel responsible for mass transit,
telecommunications, ports, fuel stations, coal plants, and other facilities that have
been targeted by environmentalist protests in the past take immediate action to
heighten situational awareness of pre-adversarial surveillance. Additionally,
emergency response and evacuation procedures should be reviewed. ...TAM-C
analysts recommend personal situational awareness and appropriate safety
Then, in July 2010 the Houston home of an oil company executive was targeted in a bombing,
causing significant facial injuries to a woman who opened a booby-trapped package. In
subsequent research by ITRR, it was found that anti-capitalist and environmental militants
expressed satisfaction with the attack; such as, "Until we destroy enough of their property to
make a financial splash or start killing their executives and decision makers and profiteers,
nothing will change."

On 1 September 2010, in the latest escalation, eco-terrorist James
Lee held hostages at gunpoint and threatened to detonate
explosives at the Discovery Channel headquarters in Washington.
Looking at the international jihadist threat, ITRR recently issued the following alert regarding the
targeting of Christian-identified assets worldwide:
"Arabic language researchers of the Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center (TAMC)
have identified internal [jihadist] communications... [saying] that the 'war is
between the church and the mosque. Go ahead you brave ones, burn the
churches. Destroy their centers and don't shame the Koran. We need to attack
their churches, soldiers, and all their religious centers around the world. Just
attack them all no matter where. We won't regret our goal, no matter what.' "
In our review of the communication, ITRR analysts suggested:
"Such a desecration tit-for-tat may trigger a more serious worldwide campaign
against Christians and Christian symbols, as well as increased targeting of Muslim
symbols and mosques. Significant in this regard is that the above communications
have come at a time of heightened anger over perceived insults to Islam. Most
recently (14 September 2010), it was reported that France has officially adopted
legislation banning the full-face veil in public spaces."
The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is proud to provide this level of research and
analysis to our many clients.
And our clients agree:
From a client in the energy sector: "This is a very comprehensive report – thanks
for your efforts on our behalf."
From a Fortune 100 company: "Thanks for keeping us safe!"
It is precisely thanks to our dedication to keeping people safe that ITRR has become a trusted
provider of actionable intelligence to those who need it most.

Anti-Gay Violence at Gay Pride Events
Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center researchers have recently noted indications of focused anti-gay
chatter among White supremacists and extremist militia supporters. "Gay pride" events worldwide have
served as trigger events for such radicals with an anti-gay agenda.
This month, for example, dozens of neo-Nazis threw stones, eggs and smoke bombs into crowds taking
part in gay pride parades in the Eastern European states of Belarus and Slovakia, causing them to be
halted. The White supremacists managed to cancel what was to have been Slovakia's first-ever gay pride
parade. In this incident, which involved around eighty attackers, just eight anti-gay attackers were
Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center analysts believe that high-profile LGBT pride events may draw
similar reactions from invigorated and incited White supremacist lone wolves in North America. Several
such gay pride marches and festivals take place in American cities during the month of June 2010.
Anti-gay White supremacist and far-right militia communications are currently under review by TAM-C
domestic terrorism analysts; however, as of this writing no specific threats to gay pride events have been
identified. Nonetheless, based on general analysis and international case study debriefing, TAM-C analysts
recommend a somewhat heightened situational awareness at all such pride events.

Eco-Terror: 'Sabotage the System' and 'Eliminate Rats'
European eco-extremist and anti-capitalist communications of 8 January 2010 and thereafter include
explicit calls for sabotage of major facilities and murder.
As noted in recent Actionable Intelligence Briefings, environmentalist extremists and associated anticapitalists
have pivoted off of the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit to encourage more actions by their
cadres worldwide. One of the most explicitly violent calls apparently stems from Belgium or another
European state, and says (in the eco-terrorists' own English translation):
"The only option is to make sabotage and eliminations, I think that insurrectionists have an excellent
method of fight against the ruling class, although they have shit theory (situationists and Bob Black). I
don't say that insurrectionist methods are revolution, but I say it is the only effective way of fighting
against dictatorship which exist in European Empire. Demonstrations are inefficient and only help to cops
to arrest and register politically unfit/undesirable people, and some were expelled a few thousand miles
"So the only solution is to eliminate rats, politicians, leading figures of corporations and repressive
departments, as well as sabotage of system (freight trains, cranes at ports, telecommunications, etc).
With a public statement of reasons for actions, in that way actions would not be private. Anyone can turn
up a few screws on the media repeater or cut screws with flame cutting, to make media darkness, or
telecommunication darkness, everyone can burn a vehicle telecommunication services, to burn
immigration office, and to burn a gas station if there are no people around (it is enough to burn gas bottle
with jacket full of fuel and to go, when it is overheating, it will be activated).
"Dictatorship is nothing new in our history and the only way to fight against dictatorship is sabotages and
"We should help to the nature, the same as nature help to us - we should sabotage present system
together with nature: unscrew the screws at wheels of freight trains, unscrew the screws at cranes in
ports, unscrew the screws at capitalist telecommunication repeaters... or imagine something else:) If the
key for screw doesn't help, autogenous cutting helps."
The communications also warn against government informers in the eco-terrorists' ranks, referring to
tactics they claim were used "in last 30 years from the time of the Angry Brigade in Britain (RAF and Red
Brigades also)...."
Additionally, the communications recommend an analysis of the eco-activist demonstrations, saying:
"Nobody compared these 3 big demos in last 10 years and nobody made analyze and conclusions which
can bring better tactics in our future demonstrations."
The eco-terrorists analysis, however, is clear: "Since the entire protest against climate summit of
politicians, I would single out as the most effective action burning of Shell petrol stations in Sweden,
everything else is child behavior where people use whistles and cops push them in buses and take them
into temporary custody (with built-in storage cages, no toilets, no food and water, the usual prison
custody has no capacity to receive 500 and 1000 arrested in one day). Why would someone go to the
demonstration only to be arrested?"
The clear call for the most violent forms of eco-terrorism is highly noteworthy, according to Targeted
Actionable Monitoring Center analysts. TAM-C recommends that security personnel responsible for mass
transit, telecommunications, ports, fuel stations, coal plants, and other facilities that have been targeted
by environmentalist protests in the past take immediate action to heighten situational awareness of preadversarial
surveillance. Additionally, emergency response and evacuation procedures should be reviewed.
Politicians, leading figures of heavy industry, and law enforcement officers appear to be serious targets of
coming eco-terrorist violence. Noting recent instances of physical attacks on police, politicians and
business leaders - including by terrorists - TAM-C analysts recommend personal situational awareness and
appropriate safety measures be implemented both on and off duty.

Earth First! Ideologue Preparing Groundwork for Eco-Terrorism
A leading ideologue for the radical Earth First! organization has issued a call for more extreme actions in
the service of the environmentalist agenda.
In a reflective article in an Earth First! publication, an editor declared his feeling that "action reports
recently have been missing fierce honesty. ...Are we so caught up in a cycle of civil disobedience that we
can’t think past it?"
He goes on to quote a veteran eco-terrorist, Rod Coronado, as saying: "This resistance is not about
remaining true to civil disobedience.... Our greatest strategic assessment should be whether our actions
are effecting the financial bottom-line of the destroyers of Earth."
The Earth First! Journal article goes on to advocate taking the struggle for "live wild or die" to "logging
roads, slaughter houses, coal mines, vivisection labs, prisons, detention centers, border walls and
pipelines." The name "Earth First!", the writer enthuses, "should not roll off the tongues of our enemies
with ease, they should choke upon it, like a fishbone stuck in their throats. From struggles in Scotland to
Mexico, from Arizona to West Virginia there is resistance to that which is killing us and Earth. So lets [sic]
live wild and be fierce as fuck. Ante Up!"
Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center analysts believe the call from Earth First!, a veteran "direct action"
organization, for "upping the ante" is a significant development. It may also be seen as a "trickle down"
from extremist rhetoric in European eco-extremist and anti-capitalist communications of 8 January 2010
and thereafter (cited in the Actionable Intelligence Briefing of 11 January 2010). The European eco-terror
advocates included explicit calls for arson, sabotage of major facilities and murder, adding "everything
else is child's [play]...."
In the wake of the apparently expanding circles of environmentalists willing to embrace eco-terror of one
form or another, TAM-C analysts recommend that security personnel responsible for mass transit,
telecommunications, ports, fuel stations, coal plants, and other facilities that have been targeted by
environmentalist protests in the past take immediate action to heighten situational awareness of preadversarial
surveillance. Additionally, emergency response and evacuation procedures should be reviewed.

Oil Executive Targeted in Parcel Bombing
A woman suffered significant facial injuries Friday (9 July 2010) when a pipe bomb concealed in what
appeared to be a gift package of chocolates exploded in her hands.
The parcel was left on the front porch of the Houston home where she was staying. While open sources do
not identify the owner of the property, saying only that it belongs to an "oil executive", ITRR has
confirmed that it is the property of Adams Resources and Energy executive James Moore. Of note is that
anti-authoritarian speculation as to the property owner's identity, using open sources and cross-checking
methods, also identified Moore.
According to authorities, the bomb was packed with thumb tacks and nails to increase physical damage to
targeted individuals.
In reaction to the bombing, for which no group has taken responsibility as of this writing, anti-capitalist
and environmental militants expressed satisfaction:
"Do you think any other oil execs should start worrying about their personal well being just because BP
has killed 11 workers, fucked up the gulf and its coastline, devastated an entire ecosystem and destroyed
the lives of thousands of people, birds and aquatic creatures?... Sometimes when these things happen,
reactionary responses take on a life of their own."
"But seriously, how else do people get the ceo's attention? They have no conscience and don't think twice
about killing innocents for their greed. They see riches piling up and their is never enough to satisfy
them.. Let this be a lesson to the arrogant wankers running big corporations. If you have no conscience to
guide you then you will have to learn the hard way. I'm sure the citizens who were forced to these
extremes will be caught and made an example of, but hopefully the elitist who laugh all the way to the
bank will learn a lesson."
"Americans finally recognize the enemy."
"Let the class war begin. This has been simmering for decades. Citizens have no recourse against hundred
billion dollar transnational corporations, the president of the united states is freaking powerless against
them. They are bigger than most countries in the world and more powerful, somehow they have colluded
even with our coast guard who is protecting BP instead of our coast...."
"The only thing these people listen to is huge sums of money, which citizens dont have, or violence. Until
we destroy enough of their property to make a financial splash or start killing their executives and decision
makers and profiteers, nothing will change. Why should it. ...What can we do but violence????????"
"One oil executive dead is just a good beginning as far as I'm concerned but there are plenty of other
corporations that deserve the same or worse... Let's start with Monsanto and Koch industries."
"Let the games begin!"
"I think we'll see a huge rise in incidents like the pipe bomb at the oil executives homes.. since the laws
dont govern the rich and powerful the same as the poor and disadvantaged then 'vigilante' justice will
start big time."
"The destruction of our lives as a result of the energy industry goes far beyond Hayward. And none are
held accountable. Has there been any charges levied against Massey, yet?"
The above bombing, if confirmed to be the work of eco-terrorists, would confirm the environmentalist slide
toward violence as identified by ITRR in January 2010.
Eco-extremist, anti-coal mining and anti-capitalist communications of 2010 include explicit calls for
everything from more aggressive civil disobedience through sabotage and even murder. Furthermore, the
increasing combination and cross-pollination of ecological militants and anarchists is expected to prove
increasingly volatile, since, like their environmentalist militant allies, anarchist rhetoric has also seen a
shift toward support for extremist action in the past year. In this context, ITRR analysts have observed
general anarchist support or sympathy in some circles for the anti-civilization "Unabomber", Ted Kaczinski.

Church Arson as a Response to Koran Burning
The planned (and then canceled) organized burning of books of the Koran by the Dove World Outreach
Center in Gainesville, Florida, caused a strong reaction among jihadists, as well as more generally in the
Muslim world. ITRR researchers note that, even though the central Koran burning event was called off,
media reports indicated that there were at least two cases of Koran desecration in the US on 11
September 2010.
One such reaction was noted in India, where Muslim protesters set a Christian missionary school on fire.
In the rioting in Indian Kashmir, at least 13 protesters were killed in clashes with soldiers. Tens of
thousands of demonstrators ignored a curfew, set fire to government buildings and threw rocks at police
In a fresh jihadist communication, from 14 September 2010, it was written that "the Islamic nation,
including her sons and young people, needs to avenge the attack on our holiest object, the Koran."
Referring to Christians, the jihadist continues, "We need to attack their churches, soldiers, and all their
religious centers around the world. Just attack them all, no matter where. We won't regret our goal, no
matter what. The war is between the church and the mosque." He calls for Muslim "brave ones" to "burn
the churches. Destroy their centers and don't shame the Koran."
ITRR analysts note that, in light of recent events, arson may be seen as an effective new tactic for lonewolf
jihadist terrorism:
· It requires no hard-to-obtain or hard-to-make explosives, just flammable material, petrol or oil.
· It can be executed even by one person. Once executed, especially in the West, it will be sufficient
to garner international media attention and to spread fear.
· Jihadists seeking to cause further crisis between Muslims and the Christian West may hope such an
attack causes more Christians to burn the Koran.
Such a desecration tit-for-tat may trigger a more serious worldwide campaign against Christians and
Christian symbols, as well as increased targeting of Muslim symbols and mosques. Significant in this
regard is that the above communications have come at a time of heightened anger over perceived insults
to Islam. Most recently (14 September 2010), it was reported that France has officially adopted legislation
banning the full-face veil in public spaces .
ITRR has noted stepped up risk indicators for attacks on Denmark , France,
Germany and Spain. ITRR analysts also note that there has recently been violence between Christians and
Muslims in Nigeria.
an ongoing series of inciting communications intercepted by ITRR researchers
have specifically and explicitly threatened Christians in Egypt. Two cities singled out in the jihadist
communications as targets for possible church attacks are Alexandria
and Cairo

State's homeland security chief goes in hiding
Ex-army colonel has nothing to say on anti-terror pact
Friday, September 17, 2010
By Tom Barnes, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

HARRISBURG -- The former Special Forces colonel who has headed the state Office of Homeland Security for four years and who now finds himself at the center of a firestorm over an anti-terrorism contract is missing in action.

James F. Powers Jr. has basically gone underground since Tuesday, when Gov. Ed Rendell denounced a $103,000 no-bid contract that Mr. Powers had given to the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response, which has offices in Philadelphia and Israel.

Mr. Powers, who makes $106,602 a year, hasn't been returning phone calls from the news media this week and was said to be out of his office when a reporter stopped in on Wednesday. He did not return a call to his home and his office turned down a request to interview him.

Mr. Powers, who lives in Carlisle, served in the Army from 1971 to 2001 in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Korea and Washington.

The Rendell administration chose him in June 2006 to direct the state Office of Homeland Security, part of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.

Before joining the state Mr. Powers had several jobs, including a "special operations" consultant for KWG Consulting in Virginia, an adjunct instructor for the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle and a senior fellow with the U.S. Special Operations Command in Hurlburt, Fla.

Mr. Powers also teaches guitar and banjo and lists Jim Powers Music as a financial interest in his Statement of Financial Interests filed with the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission.

"All I know is Jimmy's a pretty careful guy and he's a pretty smart guy," said KWG's president, Kenneth W. Getty Jr., who has known Mr. Powers for 20 years and served with him in the military.

The state news release in June 2006 said Mr. Powers' job would include coordinating the state's homeland security efforts with state agencies, counties, nine regional counter-terrorism forces and local municipalities.

As homeland security director, Mr. Powers "is an office of one with PEMA," said Maria Finn, a spokeswoman for PEMA. "He reports directly to PEMA director [and homeland security adviser] Robert French."

Although Mr. Powers hasn't been available to reporters this week, he was interviewed by the Harrisburg Patriot-News on Monday, the day before the firestorm broke over the anti-terrorism contract.

Mr. Powers told the newspaper he entered into the deal with the Terrorism Institute because "my concern is public safety." He said there had been about "five or 10" incidents related to Pennsylvania's growing natural gas industry, including one where someone supposedly fired a shotgun at a tank of natural gas in Venango County.

Mr. Rendell said Tuesday that he wasn't aware of specifics about any other such violent incidents related to the gas industry. He said he was "appalled" and "terribly embarrassed" by the monitoring of lawful protests that the Terrorism Institute had done for the state.

Mr. Rendell and numerous environmental and other citizens groups were angry because it seemed the monitoring was aimed at constitutional gatherings and expressions of free speech that didn't hurt public safety or promote terrorism.

State Sen. Jim Ferlo, D-Lawrenceville, on Thursday said that Mr. Powers should resign or be fired from his job.

"It's clear from his statements regarding the Marcellus Shale industry that the Institute of Terrorism Research and Resources was hired to track people engaged in the democratic process, and not to quell terroristic threats. He went too far, and to restore public confidence that citizens are not being illegally tracked we must take swift action and guarantee reform," he said.

Word of the Terrorism Institute's work first surfaced in July, in a Philadelphia Inquirer column by Daniel Rubin, who got hold of several intelligence bulletins issued by Mr. Powers' office.

Mr. Rubin said the bulletins listed "such potential trouble spots as pro-education rallies, anti-gun demonstrations and the coming of the circus," which was mentioned because animal-rights demonstrators might show up.

Mr. Rendell said the idea behind the contract was to learn ahead of time about "credible threats to critical infrastructure," such as road, bridges, airports and power plants, so state and local police could protect them.

Mr. Powers told the Inquirer, "The things I tried to blow up for 30 years, now I have to defend."

Some legislators have criticized the lack of competing bidders for the six-figure anti-terrorism contract. But Ms. Finn said Homeland Security couldn't find any other private firm with the Terrorism Institute's unique skills. The contract was signed in October 2009 and was to run for a year (until it was terminated this week).

"Director Powers believed at the time that it is the only U.S. private-sector, multi-lingual company specializing in collection and analysis of human intelligence that (Homeland Security) needed to carry out certain duties," she said in an e-mail.

Israeli Company Hired by State Government to Spy on Pennsylv

Israeli Company Hired by State Government to Spy on Pennsylvanians and Other Americans
http://www.informationclearinghouse.inf ... e26399.htm
By Dave Lindorff

September 19, 2010 "Information Clearing House" -- The surprise disclosure that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its state Homeland Security Agency, along with a number of local police departments in the state, have been employing a private Israeli security company with strong links to Mossad and the Israeli Defense Force grows increasingly disturbing when the website of the company, called the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response, is examined.

ITRR’s slick site at www.terrorresponse.org features a homepage image of an armor-clad soldier or riot policeman preparing to fire an automatic pistol, while the company boasts of being “the preeminent Isreal/American security firm, providing training, intelligence and education for clients across the globe.”

The firm, which offers courses locally at the University of Philadelphia, notes that all its course offerings, some of which are taught in Israel, are “approved by the Israeli Ministry of Defense.” The course titles include such compelling topics as: “Tactical Advantage in Combat,” “Civilian Battlefield,” “Undercover/Plainclothes Tactical Operations,” “Israeli Shooting Techniques,” “Arena Combat,” “Hard Entry (Arrest)” and “Principles of Night Operations.” While a number of the titles link to course descriptions, the links to the undercover class and the civilian battlefield class were disabled when this reporter visited the site, which was two days after the company’s role as a state security contractor was exposed.

The description for the Tactical Advantage course, which the website says was designed for military, law enforcement and security personnel, describes the program as “intense, dirty, aggressive and based on Israeli Counter-Terror Schools policy.” It says “This course pushes trainees to the physical and mental edge.” American organizations which engage in protests and rallies, hearing that reference to the Israeli Counter-Terror Schools policy, might recall the IDF’s handling of the aid flotilla that was boarded on the high seas by IDF troops as they read these lines. That assault, in which the Israelis used 9mm semi-automatic weapons against defenders armed at most with sticks and light chains, left nine flotilla participants, including a young Turkish American, dead.

The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response, which only lists a post-box address in Philadelphia (though in its report on the scandal the Philadelphia Inquirer referred to ITRR as a “Philadelphia-based company with offices in Philadelphia and Jerusalem”), also advertises a subsidiary operation it calls a Targeted Action Monitoring Center (TAM-C), which it claims is “world renowned” and which it says supplies “factual, actionable intelligence to subscribers.” All information gathered by the firm’s staff of “former law enforcement, military and intelligence professionals” is sent to the Israeli headquarters of the TAM-C for processing--a move which effectively insulates it from discovery by any surveillance victims who might seek disclosure under federal or state Freedom of Information laws, or who might sue in court for violation of their civil liberties.

While ITRR, founded in 2004, doesn’t name any of its clients, it says they range from Fortune 100 companies, including the power industry, maritime companies, US infrastructure companies, “the company company charged with protecting oil production facilities,” missionary organizations and pharmaceutical firms, to law enforcement agencies and joint terrorism task forces.

A search on Google for references to ITRR doesn’t turn up much, but there is a report in July 2008 by a Washington-based right-wing site called National Terror Alert, which attributes a warning of a “possible large-scale terror attack” to ITRR. Claiming that it had “intercepted communications from an organization closely associated with international terrorists, to include al Qaeda,” the National Terror Alert organization says TIRR reports that, “Available intelligence and recent events indicate that terrorists have an established capability and current intent to mount an attack on the target and there is some additional information on the nature of the threat. It is assessed that an attack on the target is a priority for the terrorists and is likely to be mounted.”

Nothing came of this "alert," but it should be noted that a year later, the first head of the new federal Department of Homeland Security, former Republican governor of Pennsylvania Tom Ridge, admitted that the color-coded terror alerts issued by his office had been manipulated to serve Republican political interests. It should also be recalled that the 2008 TIRR “warning” came during the height of the election season, just before the two national party conventions. As the Philadelphia Daily News commented at the time in a headline, “GOP kicks off fall campaign with heightened terror alert.”

But ITRR does much more than just monitor terrorists. Indeed, it seems to be far too busy monitoring legitimate, non-violent and completely legal protest organizations and other political groups to do much real anti-terror work. According to news reports on ITRR’s work for the Pennsylvania Homeland Security Agency and also the Pittsburgh Police Department, it would appear that ITRR was spying on and providing Pennsylvania State Police and Homeland Security with reports on everything from anti-war groups and anti-oil-shale-fracking groups to gay rights groups, animal rights groups, environmental organizations and even Good Schools Pennsylvania, a citizens association formed to back Gov. Ed Rendell’s school reform initiatives. Even a Harrisburg, PA man who likes to bring a 25-foot inflatable pig to demonstrations to symbolize government waste was targeted.

While local news media reports in Philadelphia have suggested that ITRR is just composed of two people, Aaron Richman, an Israeli police captain and security consultant and Michael Perelman, a retired New York City police commander, the website makes it clear that the company actually employs a large number of people in Israel, and may have as many as 15 people working “in the field” in the US.

Its activities are not limited to Pennsylvania either. The firm boasts on its website that “Information provided to clients ranges from issues of global jihad to Mexican Cartel threats along America’s southern border (maybe that’s where Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer got her weird tale, eventually debunked and retracted, of beheadings in the border desert?) to providing guidance of the threat of disorders as a result of international monetary meetings.”

This latter is a reference to the yeoman work ITRR reportedly did for the Pittsburg Police Department in advance of the disastrous G-20 meeting in Pittsburgh, which turned into a police riot after the local government and police brought in hundreds of reinforcements from other cities, with cops suited up as though for war, to lock down the city and prevent students from demonstrating against the predations of international capital and international “free trade” agreements. It appears that ITRR had ingratiated its way into the confidence of demonstration planners by having its agents join chat rooms and websites “posing as G-20 opponents.” One wonders whether these same agents may have also acted as agents provocateur.

As the head of Pennsylvania’s Homeland Security Agency, James Powers, who hired ITRR, put it, “We got the information to the Pittsburgh Police, and they were able to cut them off at the pass.”

So much for the Constitutional right to protest!

Several calls for comment made to the Homeland Security Agency and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency which oversees it went unanswered, but Perelman has released a statement saying "The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response tracks events, givinglaw enforcement a heads-up for the potential of disorder as our bulletins provided to the [state] clearly show...[and] does not follow people, conduct surveillance, photograph, or record individuals."

Gov. Rendell, after the story about ITRR’s activities for the state under a no-bid, $125,000/year contract, broke, claimed he was “embarrassed” by the spying on non-violent civic action organizations, and vowed to cancel the contract effective this October.

It is not clear, however, that there will be any information provided about who was spied on over the time the company has been active. Members of both political parties in the state legislature are calling for a General Assembly hearing into ITRR’s activities, but such calls in this closely divided body generally come to little or nothing. Meanwhile, Rendell, a lame duck governor headed for the exit, is unlikely to do anything about the issue beyond saying he’s embarrassed by it. He has said he has no intention of firing Powers.

I know how damaging this kind of spying by state and local governments can be. Back in the mid-1970s, when I and some journalist colleagues owned and ran a small weekly alternative newspaper in Los Angeles, the LA Vanguard, we were among the targets of a massive illegal spying campaign by the paranoid Los Angeles Police Department’s “red squad,” the Public Disorder Intelligence Division. Our staff was actually penetrated by a young red squad officer, who pretended to be a student wannabe journalist in order to try to learn our sources for reports on the LAPD. But we were only one of about 200 groups, ranging from a local anti-nuclear group to the Peace & Freedom Party, a well-known third party in California electoral politics, to the National Organization for Woman and even the office of then City Councilman Zev Yaroslavsky.

The reason we all learned about what the LAPD red squad was doing was that one spy was outed, a class-action suit was filed by the ACLU of Southern California, there was discovery ordered by the court, and eventually the city of Los Angeles settled with the victims of the campaign, to the tune of $1.8 million.

The Pennsylvania ACLU may sue Pennsylvania over this latest domestic spying outrage, but the times have changed, and it is hard to be confident that the courts, no great friend of civil liberties at the state level, and packed with Reagan and Bush 1 and 2 appointees at the federal level, will mandate disclosure of the names of groups spied on, much less of the records that were compiled. Furthermore, because the state did this spying through an outside contractor, which is headquartered in Israel, government and police agencies could claim that the records are for the most part out of their hands and beyond the courts’ jurisdiction.

At least one man, Gene Stilp, owner of the giant inflatable pig, already has plans to sue the government in federal court. "When people's civil rights are trampled it's a federal issue," says Stilp, himself a licensed attorney. Stilp says he isn’t satisfied with Rendell’s statement that he is “embarrassed” by the disclosure of ITRR’s contract. “Being embarrassed doesn’t cut it,” says Stilp, who is calling for an investigation into ITRR’s spying activities by the attorney general or the federal government, and full disclosure of which groups and individuals were spied upon.

Another person who has good reason to believe he was probably targeted by ITRR is ThisCantBeHappening!’s own John Grant. Says Grant, “The more I read about this affair, the more disturbing it seems. I'm a Vietnam veteran and part of an organization -- Veterans For Peace -- that very publicly opposes the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. We meet monthly and we organize events with other anti-war groups. All First-Amendment-protected, red-blooded American stuff. To think that some self-ordained watchdog group of security freaks is monitoring me and my friends and reporting our activities to God-knows who in the context of 'terrorism' -- and probably making tons of money doing it -- really pisses me off. Governor Rendell SHOULD be embarrassed. He should come clean and make public all the groups and people this gang was spying and reporting on. The fact they are somehow connected to Israel -- a nation many of us have been critical of -- is further reason to clear up what's going on."
Dave Lindorff is a founding member of ThisCantBeHappening!, the new independent, collectively-owned, journalist-run online newspaper. His work, and that of colleagues John Grant, Linn Washington and Charles Young, can be found at www.thiscantbehappening.net

The West, Canada and USA are truly fucked for good with such ridiculous paranoid idiocy. Hiring murderous zionist corporate thugs who are in bed with the criminal elites who have deceitfully pulled off the greatest series of crimes of the 20th and 21st Centuries, like 911 to unjustly launch destructive deadly wars of mass murder and terrorism to steal valuble resources, trade routes and brutally rule over the enemies they made. To enrich themselves at the great expense of the working-class and unsuspecting Goyim affiliated and not. What sickening yet believable bad news. For a sane, constructive and peaceful truly democratic world of abundance for ALL! http://wspus.org/

...a confusing and nervous article...
...the totalitarians know what they are doing, why and how they need to do things to further their plans...the US citizenry is not cut out to stop them, or even pose any significant problems for them....they just "want to be safe"...

Living in Pennsylvania, attending scheduled protests which are countered by a group know to support Israel whacko Pam Geller and her bud Geert wilder, I do feel as though I have been monitored, actually I was arrested a week back ,handcuffed and thrown in Jail, My feeling is that the Pennsylvania Constables are involdved in this as is the local NEW criminal Justice center, which does house Homeland Security and Federal marshals as well as the constables who visited me in the can, threatening me with 60 days in jail should I not be able to cough up 700 dollars to pay fines court costs and associated fees for PARKING TICKETS. Great work assholes, I could care fucking less about Rendell, he fucking knows me by name and face and I did campaign for the prickm in Philly and for Governer, tahnks a lot for the SECURITY.

Of course, Today was the big super sunday restaurant festival in My town. The chjester county communications unit was there as were sevewral faces that seem to keep popping up and fucking staring at me. This is not to say I pay them any mind or care of they surviel my doings and protests, what I do is LEGAL, not to be said for what the rat bastard Israelis do.

I must thank Dave Lindorf for confirming what I have known for a few years, I get VISITS, while hiking, riding my bike and working, but who really cares? I OBEY the LAW save for that open bottle which got me arrested,m forgive me I do drink a bit, but who wouldnt given what I write, who is following me and why, I guess the local cops and constables are just to fucking lazy to do theor own work, or too God damned dumb, whichever, let them come I have friends and if the Google earth spys from Israel want to watch me shim naked, I guess I have no choice, Hey this is America right every body is spied on, Especially people who are not friends of Israel which, given the circumstances I never will be, FUCK YOU MOSSAD, and if you get close enough I'll show you some new moves, I guess Lockheed Martin hired these assholes because since I got my ass beat there and spent a week in jail, my life has changed drastically.

Well I have family in the spooks clans and they surly know about this, Robert Gates is my fucking cousin, Hey Bob can I get some help? No chance there, He hasnt spoken to his family for forty years and it is perhaps too late for that now.

To Ed Rendell, to Lockheed Marin and to the State department head Hillary clinton and to Danny Ayalon and his contingent of spies I offer this advice. To do this in Israel is normal, to do it in pennsylvania could get you all dead.

pretty embarrasing isnt it Sam? not for you I guess your gloating, but as for me, this IS my state and he will find his justice in me.He is about to have his pants thrown down around his ankles and his fat ass belongs to you know who now, can you save him? Try, nothing would please me more than to take down the whole lot in one fell swoop, it's do or die now, isnt it Sam, I may die, but what will happen to zionism when I go down? Yes Sam, I do have a lot of friends, dont I, more, perhaps than even Israel has, do it, I'm waiting for it, and hope I suffer, that would fulfill a prophecy, me lying cold and dead for three days, not one person brave enough to move my body. but if there is a God, I die not in vain, take the chance, go for it, trutt me, I will put up no fight, I am forbidden, you know that but consider this, you have tried to off me before and I have suffered greatly in the process. it all os just a part of life, Sam, death becomes me, what about you?

the US has not morphed itself into being 'United States FOR israel' for nothing. and these two paraiah nations are not 'best friends' because they protect each other, which the protection is only one sided mind you, it's also because both delve in treachery. it takes a treacherous person/nation to befriend a treacherous person/nation.

How many are aware that "BlackWater" was patrolling New Orleans after Katrina?

Was that a 'test' run? Remember the "Constitution" is just a "goddamned piece of paper" as per George Bush!!

Got to love their vocabulary!

Tactical Advantage in Combat: euphemism for “bomb the daylight out of their civilian infrastructure.

Civilian Battlefield: this is very tricky because according to one of Israel’s senior officers, “There are no civilians in the battlefield”.

Undercover/Plainclothes Tactical Operations: this is really easy, as Israeli spies have been the masters of disguise. I really give them that.

Israeli shooting techniques: I swear I am still laughing... sigh. What techniques? Aim for the head of a child or empty a whole magazine in the head of a little girl point blank?

Arena Combat: bugger it, that is too highfalutin to understand what they are talking about. Do they mean “stadium combat” or “theatre” may be?

Hard Entry (Arrest): Israeli soldiers are the hardest when they enter civilian homes in the middle of the night. Otherwise, they are notorious for “hard exit” when faced with resistance (eg. South Lebanon).

Principles of Night Operations: same as Tactical Advantage in Combat but done nocturnally.

This is from the so-called "Light unto the Nations"!!!

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! This flies in the face of American idealism and tradition--WTF hiring foreign nationals WHOM are presently LEADING the USI'S foreign policies--now transcending into domestic security matters OVER THE TOP--this needs to be investigated how it came about and heads need to eoll.
MOST IMPORTANTLY WE NEED TO END THIS frenzied ZIONNAZI RISE OF INFLUENCE ONCE AND FOR ALL--ALL dual citizens need not apply for any gov. positions.

Caught! Mossad Paid By U.S. To Spy On “Dissidents,” Tea Party, Environmentalists

Taxpayers Funding Israeli Database Of American Citizens

By Gordon Duff* | Sabbah Report | www.sabbah.biz

Did you know that attending a meeting to organize a bake sale for new band uniforms can put you on a terrorist watch list? You don't have to join a peace group or protest oil drilling to be considered dangerous. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hired ITRR, the Instititute of Terrorism Research and Response, a Jerusalem based company owned by the Mossad and tied directly to the Israeli Ministry of Defense to track "dissidents" and "activists." In the process, they managed to find the most dangerous terrorist organization of all, the governor's own non-profit organization, one supporting school funding initiatives. From ITTR's website:

"All of the information ITRR's staff creates is sent to its monitoring center in Jerusalem, where it is analyzed"

Governments, states, cities and even rural towns, believing they are participating in a Homeland Security initiative, have contracted with this and other organizations under foreign control, read "Israeli," tracking organizations as diverse as the Tea Party and the Sierra Club. Reports submitted by ITTR showed them spying on nearly every organization they could find, no matter how innocent, patriotic or public minded. Organizations tied to Jewish causes, however, managed, somehow, to slip under the radar.

Those that were included are so comprehensive that it would be nearly impossible for an American to escape having confidential files, collected under government authority and financing, paid for by American taxpayers, held by Israeli intelligence agencies. In fact, databases include every organization, regardless of its membership or policies, with personal information on members being stored in databases in Israel.

Never has a nation funded a foreign spy organization's efforts to catalog potential intelligence assets, operatives and, at the same time, take over the job of watching themselves. This is one of the greatest intelligence coups in history. Combine this with control of America's airport security and total control of America's communications networks, everything, mobile, internet, even landlines….we might as well pull down the flag and roll over.

Governor Rendell expressed shock at the gross violation of constitutional rights involved in hiring this company, one that is said to be working for state and local governments across the United States. Rendell said he was "stunned" when he learned about the spying relationship, one he characterized as "ludicrous." From Governor Rendell's apology to the people of Pennsylvania at a capitol news conference this week:

"I am deeply embarrassed and I apologize to any of the groups who had this information disseminated on their right to peacefully protest"

As early as December 2001, not long after the 9/11 incident, Fox News investigated Israeli spying on the United States. However, not long after airing the Carl Cameron Report with Brit Hume as Host, not only did the show itself disappear but all transcripts as well, at least "almost all."

BRIT HUME, HOST: It has been more than 16 years since a civilian working for the Navy was charged with passing secrets to Israel. Jonathan Pollard pled guilty to conspiracy to commit espionage and is serving a life sentence.

At first, Israeli leaders claimed Pollard was part of a rogue operation, but later took responsibility for his work. Now Fox News has learned some U.S. investigators believe that there are Israelis again very much engaged in spying in and on the U.S., who may have known things they didn't tell us before September 11. …

CARL CAMERON, FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Since September 11, more than 60 Israelis have been arrested or detained, either under the new patriot anti-terrorism law, or for immigration violations. A handful of active Israeli military were among those detained, according to investigators, who say some of the detainees also failed polygraph questions when asked about alleged surveillance activities against and in the United States.

There is no indication that the Israelis were involved in the 9-11 attacks, but investigators suspect that they Israelis may have gathered intelligence about the attacks in advance, and not shared it. A highly placed investigator said there are "tie-ins." But when asked for details, he flatly refused to describe them, saying, "evidence linking these Israelis to 9-11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It's classified information."

Numerous classified documents obtained by Fox News indicate that even prior to September 11, as many as 140 other Israelis had been detained or arrested in a secretive and sprawling investigation into suspected espionage by Israelis in the United States. Investigators from numerous government agencies are part of a working group that's been compiling evidence since the mid '90s. These documents detail hundreds of incidents in cities and towns across the country that investigators say, "may well be an organized intelligence gathering activity."

The first part of the investigation focuses on Israelis who say they are art students from the University of Jerusalem and Bazala Academy. They repeatedly made contact with U.S. government personnel, the report says, by saying they wanted to sell cheap art or handiwork. Documents say they, "targeted and penetrated military bases."

The DEA, FBI and dozens of government facilities, and even secret offices and unlisted private homes of law enforcement and intelligence personnel. The majority of those questioned, "stated they served in military intelligence, electronic surveillance intercept and or explosive ordinance units."

Why would Israelis spy in and on the U.S.?

A GAO investigation states: "According to a U.S. intelligence agency, the government of (Israel) conducts the most aggressive espionage operations against the U.S. …It aggressively collects military and industrial technology and the U.S. is a high priority target." The document concludes: "Israel possesses the resources and technical capability to achieve its collection objectives." (END VIDEO CLIP)

And in the days ahead, we'll take a look at the U.S. phone system and law enforcement's methods for wiretaps. And an investigation that both have been compromised by our friends overseas.

HUME: Carl, what about this question of advanced knowledge of what was going to happen on 9-11? How clear are investigators that some Israeli agents may have known something?

CAMERON: It's very explosive information, obviously, and there's a great deal of evidence that they say they have collected – none of it necessarily conclusive. It's more when they put it all together. A bigger question, they say, is how could they not have know?

These Fox News revelations from 2001, long dead and gone, buried in the archives never to be heard from again, tell a story, not of betrayal by a "friend" or "ally" but one of America's national obsession with memory loss, almost as though the "hard drive" meant to represent America's common sense was "wiped," reformatted after picking up a virus from opening one of those nasty emails we are all warned about. The virus, of course, is the mainstream news media itself.

The Pennsylvania spying story was never reported nationally. It couldn't be, there is a "blackout" on any news critical of Israel, real forced censorship, part of the official policy of the Obama administration, as it was of the Bush administration, cheerfully adhered to by media owned and operated by Israel itself.

The Fox News report of 2001, showing America's counter-terrorism organizations hot on the trail of Israel, was the last report of its kind on any major network. Not one word spoken of by Cameron or Hume has been repeated in nine long years. Not one lead has been followed up, not one more question asked, the entire thing, forgotten, forgiven, overlooked or perhaps something darker and more threatening.

I strongly believe that the Jews were aware of the 9/11 tragedy targeting the Towers, they were there taking pictures according to many authors and analysts. Besides this targeting needs a very high technicity that only the Jews possess and unfortunatley the Arabs dont have it yet. Maybe they have something to do with it or maybe they gave the instuctions, honestly I cannot be sure of anything, it is so complicated but definitely the Jews are cetainly involved in one way or another.

"Firing Squad" for Pennsylvania Homeland Security

If found to be traitors or committing treason, I would have to agree with the following post.

"Firing Squad" for Pennsylvania Homeland Security Director

"Firing Squad" for Pennsylvania Homeland Security Director
Viewers of popular online show express the need for accountability in the wake of
domestic spying in Pennsylvania.

By, Angie Ress, Staff Writer, RestoreTheRepublic.com

CHICAGO -- In the wake of recent revelations of domestic spying by the Pennsylvania
Department of Homeland Security, viewers of the popular online show, "The Reality
Report", demanded the need for accountability. In his 62nd webcast
<http://youtube.com/watch?v=27NyET1Uzm8> Gary Franchi, the host, posed the question,
"What should the punishment be for director James Powers for spying on Pennsylvania
citizens?" Viewers replied and expressed outrage after Franchi disclosed the case against
Director James Powers at the onset of the report.

Governor Ed Rendell has stated that he doesn't wish to make the Director a "martyr" and
offered no accountability when it was revealed the State's Homeland Security Department
paid an Israeli based company $125,000 to spy on Tax Protesters, Gay and Lesbian Groups,
and opponents of drilling in the Marcus Shale.

At the end of Reality Report 63 <http://youtube.com/watch?v=cNz5WUHcK0M> Franchi read the
emails of viewers who replied to the question. Mike S. emailed his reply to Franchi's
question stating, "[he] should be put on trial, convicted and then put before a firing
squad and executed for treason."
When asked about putting a public official before a "firing squad" Franchi replied, "I
don't wish death on anyone and a 'firing squad' sounds like 'crewel and unusual
punishment.' But if the courts decide his fate in that fashion, however unlikely, then
the law has spoken."
Other viewers offered lesser penalties such as jail time in the "prison industrial
complex" and a penalty invoked by angry crowds during the revolutionary war era, "Tar and

When asked about his viewers comments Franchi responded, "The people are upset, and
rightfully so, they want accountability from the Governor who only offers apologies."

Governor Rendell and Director James Powers offices did not return calls. As of this
article no trial date has been set for Director James Powers for violating his oath of
office and the 4th amendment.
